Took this from another site where this place is rated. This auto center is nothing but a big rip off. Both my mother and my sister have been taken advantage of. They said they fixed the a front steering part and did a wheel alignment in just a hour or so and two new tires. Two weeks later the tire wore down to almost nothing so I drove her car and it was almost imposible to steer. Taking the car to my Technician and it turned out that the tie rod was the wrong one for that year make and model, and no alignment was ever done (they dont even have an alignment rack) they charged her over 900.00 for a tie rod, 2 tires and a alignment they never even did. When I returned there to ask questions this guy Will said that I would have to talk to some guy Kieth, or keetan or something. This place are thives, rip offs and liers. I looked at this place, the place is a dump, the mechanics look like drug addics from hell and I wouldnt even suggest this place to anyone. What a scam these people are running and they have 9 or 10 shops in the area and all are rip offs and scam artists. Stay away!!!!! Stay Away!!!! This place does not even get a rating as far as I am concernd.

Ask for Ketan. Hes attentive and HONEST. Whens last time you met an auto mechanic/owner who was honest???? Probably NEVER! I usually dont trust Indian mechanics/auto-shops but one trip to his shop changed my mind. I have used him twice so far on two different jobs and I have not been disappointed so far. His diagnostic is thorough and honest with good price. In past I have used deepa auto, star auto, Sears auto, and many more around Edison area and was largely dissapointed with price, quality of work, and bunch of lies!!!! For all my cars I plan on only using Ketans shop for repairs. Try him once and you will share the same excitement as I do about his shop. good luck!!

I have been going to Quality Auto Center for past three years. I have always found them to be very good in their services. I was always told promptly about real issues in car, various cost options, and time it would take to complete these tasks. Your appointment is always managed very professionally. They also maintain complete repair history of the car so that next time if you visit, they would discuss prior repairs also. I found their service charges very reasonable and they make sure that you are satisfied with the complete service of your car. They are truly professional and very knowledgeable. I have been recommending this auto service center to my friends.

I am customer of Quality Auto center since 2002. Earlier I had a 3 series BMW and later Ford Explorer. Both were maitained by Khetan. He not only maintained my cars but also gave me related guidance when was new to US during 2002-2003. I completely trust this facility and I NEVER had to go back to them for the same problem again. In my opinion, they are the best people in the town for car repairs.

I had the worst experience with this shop, the owner is not professional has attitude. He is a total rip off He fixed our expensive Van for almost 2K. After his fixes more problem started coming up in less than a year, he is horrible mechanic a thief and his work is not good. He takes out parts from expensive vehicle and treats them like junk. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Recently I took my BMW 528i for repair at the Quality Auto Center excellent price, great location you can shop Indian Grocery while your car is being repaired. Solved my car problem efficiently. Also, the manager Keith Shah kept the shop opened late so I can drive my car same day to South Jersey. I definitely recommend this facility for all your car repair.

I had several fixes done here from getting a new flex pipe welded to 90K service and tire replacement. Ketan and his staff are knowledgeable and and provide excellent service. If you live or work nearby, they will drop and pick you up when the car is done. Their rates are very competitive. Highly recommended.

Very professional. I have been going here from last 6 years for regular maintenance as well as any trouble with cars. Economical rates, correct guidance, on-time service are few of many things which make me regular customer at this place. Definitely recommend this place.

first day they gave me quote of 50$ for fixing my headlight. and when he knew I need to fix it anyway as I have to travel long in night he asked me for 155 $ on next day.

May be Ketan expects people to bargain, so i recommend braganing or shopping around and have this place as just one of the places where you check price.
