I visited this location recently as a guest. I am visiting the Facebook Page to check out reviews before signing up and glad I did. I wasnt impressed with this gym anyway, but I wouldve been willing to give it a chance if it had good reviews. I went in Monday for a tour and stood at the front desk for 5 minutes while the general manager stood at the counter on a computer. She was the only one at the desk and not only did she not say hi she didnt acknowledge me at all. So I just walked away and went to work out. The equipment is really crowded and quite a few machines were broken or malfunctioning. I almost face planted on a tread mill when it just stopped during my run. They have run down over used equipment and mismatched free weights in the exercise classroom. What do people pay maintenance fees for in this place? They have a decent class schedule but it looks like even that is changing from what I read. 4 strikes. Then this: IMG_7695.PNG The owners should be smart enough not to use an obviously fake profile to try to covertly slander your former employees who it sounds like did a good job for you. Judging by previous comments and reviews this seems to be typical of your establishment. I am glad you chose a public forum to display your poor character so consumers like me can make good choices on who we give our money to. You serve a small community saturated with gyms that are very apparently better than yours. Shame on you! I wonder how Retro Fitness as a brand feels about you tarnishing their name and reputation. Good luck to your poor members who are already locked into a contract with you. I am taking my business just a short drive down the street!

I move a lot. This is my 3rd Retro gym. It is by far the nicest one. It is very clean. There is a huge variety of equipment and all of it is brand new. The staff are wonderful. The only small complaint I have is that there are no paper towels anywhere. There are wipes for the equipment though.

Overall good gym but the music is torture . Sure everyone wears headphones but without them its sheer torture .I dont know ow what station or channel they use but I swear if I was locked in a room listening to that for an hour I would kill myself .
