I started out joining the 6 week challenge and at first felt like I wouldnt be able to finish a class. Within the first week and a half I noticed a change and I started seeing results. I started feeling better my snoring stopped I begin to wake up feeling more energetic than ever before. I noticed that with each class I was able to push myself a little further and harder. I believe that if it was not for Frank and the great members in each of my classes I would not have been able to achieve my goal. Frank is a great motivator and an awesome environment at strong together Fitness. Id recommend anyone to give it a try. I promise you you will see results if you stick to the diet plan and the workout regimen as prescribed. Thanks Frank I have regain confidence and feeling better than I have in a long time. WE ARE STRONG TOGETHER.

Ive always been the one who joins something, losses interest quick and moves on. Not here! I joined Roxbury CF when they first opened back in January & the changes Ive seen in such small amount of time (a little over 20lbs gone & a whole lot stronger!) I couldnt get anywhere else! Coach Frank is the perfect mixture of a drill sergeant & a caring coach. He will push you to limits you dont think you can, only because he knows you can, while maintaining your safety as his priority. The environment is like none other, everyone is extremely supportive of each other and you finish each workout with the most self achievement feeling ever! You won’t find a place like this anywhere else, with challenging workouts, an awesome coach & great company!!!

6 weeks ago I participated in a crossfit challenge at the Roxbury Crossfit. I didnt really need to lose weight but I did want to get in shape. Im a 57 year old man with a sedentary job and a little bit of a gut. At the end of the challenge I lost 14 pounds and 8.3% body fat. Im now have a 32 inch waste from a 34 inch waste. Needless to say Im very happy with the result. Frank and his team has been extremely helpful and supportive in helping me achieve my goal. Now that I lost the difficult pounds I intend on building up and get even more fit. My experience has been top notch and I highly recommend it to anyone. You will not be alone, support will be all around you, and who knows you may even have fun.

Im one to commit to something for my health and then make excuses to get out of it because it feels more of a chore to me but going here I dont mind getting up at 6 am because its the only class I can make or I dont sit and make up a million excuses because I love going almost everyday. Its nice to have Frank there to keep up with you. I join for the 6 week challenge and at the start I couldnt do a single pull up or even run a couple laps while in this final week and a half I have run a couple miles and finally gotten to the point of doing multiple pull ups in a row. Im definitely staying here till Im off to the air force!

Decided to do the 6 week challenge at Roxbury crossfit and let me tell you that it was the best decision of my life!!! Not only did I lose 19.5 lbs and 5.7% body fat but I picked up habits that I fell in love with and want to keep for the rest of my life! The classes were very tough and worked you harder than you thought you could do but they were so much fun because of all the support from the coaches and the members! Everyday the workout was different so you are never bored with the same old thing. This challenge/gym got me in a place I havent been in since the end of my collegiate basketball years and it feels great!

Great place to jump start your fitness goals. It all starts with a one on one between you and the coach. Frank gave me a plan and the tools to stick with the plan. The diet regimen provided is extremely easy to follow. Its broken down in a manner to eliminate the unnecessary confusion of what and when to eat. There is always help in any of the fitness areas at the facility. They also offer different program incentives to further motive the challengers. I dropped 25 pounds in 6 weeks. I truly believe I would of lost more but I went on vacation. For me personally the constant motivation was exactly what I needed.

Roxbury Crossfit is the most positive health experiences I have had. I started with a six week challenge and found that the coaches absolutely made a difference. I have used other gyms and found it difficult to ‘commit’. Not the case with Roxbury Crossfit. I was given complete guidance with exercise techniques, workout routines, diet plan, and even grocery shopping lists. I would recommend/persuade anyone at any level to try it out. I have lost 14 pounds and 6% body fat in six weeks, and have never had a second thought about ‘committing’. Love it and will continue.

I joined the 6 week challenge in hopes of losing weight in a healthy way, which is exactly what I did. I was able to lose 25 lbs. with a diet plan and exercise. I was motivated to lose the weight because I was heavier than I had ever been and thought this was the perfect opportunity. The trainers were motivating throughout the workouts and answered any questions I had about the meal plan. The meal plan was not hard to follow and the portions were very filling as well. I recommend this gym to anyone that is serious about losing weight and motivated enough to do so!

Great gym, great workouts, and great workout partners! Everyone is here to work, its fun, fast, and you get speedy results. The results have you coming back for more! Coach Frank keeps you motivated when you dont think you can do one more burpee. The workouts are different every single day. The workouts arent easy either but they are definitely worth it. I feel lighter, stronger and more energized since starting this program. Added bonus is the childcare room with babysitter for 9:30am and 6:30pm classes! Love the way I feel and the way I look, thank you!

Been going to roxbury crossfit since they opened in January 3-4 times a week. Coach Frank is sooooooo nice. Also joined the 21 day ALL OUT challenge and lost 8lb and 3.1% body fat by following the diet (which is mostly my regular food type of food anyway). I really enjoy the people that crossfit attracts; happy, positive and caring individuals. Its a pleasure to workout here. I encourage everyone whom is serious about reshaping their body to make the decision to dust "do it" here @ roxbury crossfit

Great experience! I joined STRCF for a 6 week challenge. The staff is very supportive and welcoming. So are the members. I didnt know what to expect during my first class but the trainers are great. They fully explain every move and modifications if you arent able to do the full exercise move. After finishing the challenge and losing 14 lbs and almost 8% body fat, I joined as an official member. I cant wait to see what I can accomplish in 12 months!
