I cant give less stars than one but if I could, I would give them negative number of stars. I agree with every single negative review there is about this place, because it one huge circus full of lazy employees. The mail-woman delivers mail based on her mood that day. One time I was actually waiting in my car to see if she delivers my package, because after a week of trying to figure out why my package was not being delivered, and hours of phone calls to the branch, they did not have an answer for me. I saw her walk by my house without stopping. I approached her at the corner of my street asking her if she had anything for me and then she finally looked through her bag and found my package. I was furious because she had been carrying it around for a week...it does not make any sense. Staff at the branch is so rude and incompetent its crazy. When it is pointed out to them that their work is below satisfactory, they hang up the phone or walk to the back and let you wait close to an hour...while there are people waiting. AVOID using this branch at all costs and use UPS or FEDEX. It is more expensive but it is worth not having to deal with these morons.

My package was never delivered. I call the 1800 number twice for redelivery, which they put in the system. A week later no package. I call again, a African man answered the phone he was soooooo disrespectful and Nasty, telling me that hes not a machine then hung up the phone on me. I called back trying to locate my package another man answered the phone n put me on hold for at least 30 mins saying that hes going to see if my package is there. Mind you he didnt ask for my tracking number or name. After being on hold i hung up n called back a female answered the phone. I told her the situation she told me she has a line and she cant help me! I said you cant help me?? Can i speak to the manager , she told me to call the 800 number. No customer service whatsoever! The rudest set of usps workers in New York. They need to be suspended , or fired for dealing with customers in such Manner. The worst USPS location n workers ever! Its disgusting how they treat people n they are a disgrace to USPS.

The delivery is terrible! First off the post man lies and say they attempted to deliver and that they leave a slip which is a damn lie. When they came (or if they even stepped out of the damn vehicle), we were home, so we know they are lying. And where is the slip? I guess it vanished out of thin air. I schedule a re-delivery and they cant redeliver because "their system is down" yet when i called earlier in the day, someone told me that their re-delivery driver is out with the packages. In order to get my package I have to pick it up and i paid over 100 for shipping! Its bull. This is not the first time. Other drivers tell us that the drivers dont like to come to our apartment because we live on the 4th floor yet other carriers call us if they need help and we gladly help them. I will never use USPS again.

I can not begin to explain how horrible this post office is, not once but twice I tracked my package and it said delivered... Only thing is it was never delivered to me! When I called to notify them they told me itll take 3 days before they get back to me. No one got back to me and thank god I was lucky enough that my package was delivered in good hands and that person was kind enough to bring it to me. And now Im on my second package that is "delivered" and dont even know what the status will be. If I could give this location NO stars I would. Bunch of senseless employees that cannot comprehend their jobs.

Mailman are lazy at this post office. Like other Reviewers have mentioned, they lie and state that they attempted delivery and leave a note behind. Called post office to complain and spoke with supervisor. He scheduled a re-delivery and I gave him my phone number. Still didnt get my mail or even a phone call when the time came for re-delivery. This happened to me about 10 times or more with this post office over the years....

I am having problems with my package deliveries. Most of the packages are left at my door , without my knowledge. Many of your postal workers dont ring my bell . I have found packages outside my home at late hours at night. Most recently I was waiting for a package that I never received. Most likely my package was stolen. Im waiting for an investigation about my package.

Lazy Rude workers... slow service . Dont even bother calling the phone just rings until someone hangs it up or you get but on this God forsaking long @ss hold. Ended up going to the post office because of it and the service was slower than a snail. Unbelievable. Someone or corporate needs to take over this place

Horrible my package was delivered 30 days later after i called to speak to a supervisor. Initially on my delievery date they never knocked never rang the bell. I was home all day waiting on them. And on top of everything They also never attempted redelivery. They are truly a waste of our tax payer dollars!

Recently all my packages have suddenly ended up at the post office, and now all I get is "attempted delivery" slips despite someone being available to accept packages...I think the gentleman who actually made attempts has retired and now a slacker is in place

This has to be the most horrible post office i have ever been to in my life, they are constantly losing packages, delivering them to the wrong ppl who by the way sometimes keep them and having the longest lines to just find out your package is lost anyway.

i wish i could give no stars. I called to locate a package that they claimed to have delivered, now 4 days later i called to see if it was there. " Our tracking system is down" how about go looking for in the office. These people are so lazy

This post office is the worst one that I ever been to!!! Also, our mailman is always late and comes every other day. Were a business and we should be getting mail every single day. The need to fire everyone and get new people here asap!!

I wish I could give this location no stars. The service is by far the slowest Ive ever encountered. I could leave, grab breakfast, watch a movie, travel to Japan, eat some more food and still come back to the same spot on the line.

Like most or all posts offices theres always a line. When it takes 1 hour from the time you get in the door to the time you get the package and leave its almost like visiting the DMV.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. One of the worst Post Offices in New York. Workers are rude and slow, and theyve lost my packages on many an occasion.
