Is this a legit USPS location? You cannot locate them on the USPS locator on the official website. Ive had several packages that I know are stuck in this location according to USPS tracking (shows Flushing NY 11351), and never received the packages. NEVER! The packages would be stuck for months before disappearing from the tracking website due to inactivity. Ive learned that whenever I see any packages being held up in this location, to follow up with the merchant right away to demand a refund because Ill never getting my item. Please USPS, please investigate this place, its a thief and stealing peoples items!

Worst experience of my life my package was to be delivered May 25 and they claimed that they attempted to deliver it and left a notice. I was home all day and there was no notice left. Checked it out my package got sent to Brooklyn and still no package to be delivered. USPS is the worst mail service. Im so angry because I need my shoes for work and now I have to purchase a cheap pair until I get my shoes.

Even the customer service rep for this place confirmed they get many complaints on this location. My package arrived and departed this facility the same time! How sway? Been 6 days and still no package and Im in the Bronx smh

Waited 5 weeks for a package to come but it was supposed to come in only one week, waited 4 more weeks and another package was "missent" as it says in the usps tracking website and now im not sure if it will ever even arrive

I had to email USPS to figure out why I didnt get the package or receive an update for 3 days for a priority package containing perishables. Only the, a "package delay" updated was posted, after the expectant delivery date.

I love our USPS but this location has some management issues. Its been a week since my package arrived here and its still not delivered yet. Get your act together!
