They ARE extremely rude...they are "nice" to me now because I go ther almost EVERY DAY. When I call for ANY question they never answer and say they have long lines and are too busy and then they say with an attitude "THANK YOU" and hang up...WHAT? great CS not...One day I call on my cell to ask at what time they were open...lady didnt even let me ask...she put me on hold...I walked to to office that was open for another hour and only 1 costumers was there...AND I WAS STILL ON HOLD...I checked the times and I decided to stay on the phone to see if they would answer me...nope left me on hold....Rure rude...my husband goes to the other one a few blocks away just to avoid these rude people...he rather wait long lines than be treated rudely...cant even complain to anyone.

This is the worse post office in the city!!!! The workers are rude!! The other day the computers were down! It is unbelievable. We deserve better than this!! Lines are long. Worse than the motor vehicle!! Should not have to go to Westchester Square to do business!! No wonder the posatl service doesnt make money-if I ran my business like this,I would be pennyless.

Ladies were really helpful. The reviews here are I guess too old and for some other ladies. I got help several times saving on postage and helpful suggestions. They were nice to everyone and never rude.

Depending on the day, it could be a quick stop. The staff is okay, some are more friendly than others. The location is very convenient.

Its fine. The usual fellow at the window is friendly and curteous. I go there every month or so, never had a problem.
