Contacted the Tuckahoe post office to let them know that I did not receive a package and the person did not even ask me for the tracking number. He said that if I checked the tracking and if it says sent then it was sent. I asked if it was a new postal delivery person because we have also been getting mail for other addresses nearby and he said the person has been delivering for a month and we are getting a new person tomorrow. The Tuckahoe post office is slow not efficient, they need training. I prefer the post office in Eastchester, they are personable and quick.
