Very rude supervisor. I paid for 2 day shipping and according to the receipt and the post office rep. the package was suppose to get to the destination on May 2nd 2015 (mailed on April 30th). Today is 5-5-16 (three days later than expected delivery) and the package still hasnt delivered. According to the mail receipt and the lady at the post office, the package was to deliver on May 2nd. I called the post office today to get a clarification on this matter and the supervisor started yelling at me saying "whoever spoke to you gave you wrong information. you should be thankful that your package is going to get delivered, and there is nothing i can do". and he hung up on me. I called back and asked for his name and he refused to give me the name and told me that "i wont give you the name because i can tell that you are going to report me". I asked for the manager, and he said is the manager/ supervisor and started yelling at me in a very bad tone. Highly unprofessional and wouldnt let me talk. I spoke very politely and my experience was not good at all.

Horrible, third time my amazon prime package was marked "delivered left at doorstep and it was never delivered. Happened to you? This is how they operate here, amazon works with the post office so amazon gives them until 8pm on the delivery day provided by amazon ....instead of delivering your package by 8pm (imagine that??) they just scan it delivered" so the heat is off then ship it at thier pace which usually is a day or two later OR like last time they just scan it delivered then put it in the back room counting on you To go in looking for your package then they "find it in the back" This is discraceful. This is why the private sector needs to take over...unheard of with UPS or FedEx. A gaurenteed job with zero order breeds this.

This post office is HORRIBLE!!! The people behind the counter are just nasty. And if try calling your call is either ignored or they pick up and hang up. Ive been having to deal with them because a package that they marked as delivered never ca,e and I can not get through to anyone. They have a reputation in all the neighboring towns. I had been warned to avoid it at all costs, unfortunately you dont get to choose your post office.

Its like God gathered up all the sh*theads he could find and made them work there. Horrible, horrible, horrible. These morons should be doing something that does not involve interacting with others, like gravedigging, or something. The worst post office I have ever encountered.

Any time I order anything it gets delayed by this office. It can come from anywhere in the world in less than 2 days, but then takes 4 more to go half a mile. I usually end up picking up my packages because they just pile them up and take forever if you dont just do it yourself.

Consistent liars. If a package is on the truck and its near the end of the day theyll tell Amazon its been delivered but its still on the truck. Amazon then sends me a text saying its here but its not.Third time theyve done this to me. Deceptive people who are bad at their job.

worst service followed by the nastiest employee the one with the eyeliner (maybe theres lead in it affecting her brain). sarcastic and even more unpleasant. its unfortunate my taxes pay to keep this dump open.

I concur. The worst post office experience for me. Long lines. Only one register working. I have experienced arguing between staff and use of foul language from employees.
