They are curently charging me $80/month for just internet service when the freely advertise $45 for the same internet speeds all over the web. Ive called to try and negotiate 2x now and they just tell you to cancel. The service is bad as well as it frequently goes out. They also have some Byzantine accounting system where they charge you up front for 2 months on your first day. So unless you want to pay 2 months up front, it always looks like youre a month behind on your online account. Finally, not that it matters that much- but they have mispelled my last name on my account and the bill for over 2 years now even though I asked them to change. I also lived with a friend in California and can tell you that its not any better in other service areas. Theyre a brutal service provider with bad service, rude customer service, and outragous pricing. Dont do it. Give your local company a shot. They have to be better than these crooks.

I am so tired of this internet service. Multiple times per week, my internet just stops working in the middle of the day, while I am trying to do work. Not only does the service go in and out, but theyve been raising the rate consistently each year and the service has not improved. Why should I continue to pay $80 a month for mediocre internet service from your company? I should be reimbursed for the hours upon hours that I have no internet service, wouldnt that be a fair thing to do? Im basically stuck with you as a provider, which is extremely frustrating. So youre aware, I am writing this review from my cellphone with wifi turned off because surprise, surprise my internet is not working once again...

Customer service told me I could return my equipment to them to this address but its not a customer service center. Right after I arrived a man showed up trying to do the exact same thing. Why do customer service reps keep sending people to this place?
