Try leaving Optimum and see what happens to you. Poor customer service with rude individuals because its easy to be that way over the phone. Come in person and youll get the constant shoulder shrugs to all your questions about sudden fees youll have to pay in order to walk away. Dont waste your time here. Switched to Verizon for $30.00 more a month and got faster Internet speed, more channels and much better, more reliable customer service.

Worse customer service. Many serious problems with cable boxes that dont work properly. So you have to bring the box to Nanarineck and get a rebuilt one. In a few months you go to the same routine. Dowloading something from the internet takes for ever, worse Wi-Fi in the área. Phone terrible Service lots of static and price of the 3 TV cable, phone and internet is $ 160 month or more. Dont subscribe if yiu have another privider

Complete idiots. Cablevision, on a regular basis, will charge for "unreturned equipment" only for you to have to call in and tell them you returned it. They will check and then see you in fact did return it. Why they dont check their records before charging someone is beyond me. This has happened multiple times. This company hires terrible employees and its always a hassle to figure anything out.
