with optimum? experience? you gotta be kidding right! this company is the biggest criminal organization in CT, and the CT government is doing absolutely nothing about it. They gauge the prices as they want, they will walk away with equipment, claim you still have it, fine you for it, claim they are looking for it, claim it must be on the truck, claim they will correct it, claim you still have it etc. etc. and you as a customer are called to pay, PAY, and PAY, and in Stamford there is nobody else providing you with service - SO..... our representatives do nothing, regulate nothing, our AGs office is doing nothing, the consumer protection cant do anything because nobody is doing anything .... great, real great !!! and these guys know it. That is when we as customers are just "taken out like .." that is how AWFUL, CRIMINAL BUSINESS PRACTICES are strangling people in their need for services. SHAME ON ALL OF YOU!

Today 5/3/2017 at 3:09 pm - I have never experience such terrible customer service and lack of respect then while speaking with Nicole the customer service rep today . I spoke with her on the phone while trying to assist in a fellow employee changing over his account .Right away she was abrupt and rude when I asked what we had to do to change over the account.. since obviously we have never been through the process before. Nicole needs to find another job and not work with people if she cant even explain the process with out getting short and angry . Cable- vision needs to hire better customer service Reps. With a 3 star rating wake up!! We pay a lot of money for our 7 cable accounts and with all the other options that are more cost efficient out there , cable vision will be left in the dust for sure! A computer can do a better job ! and it has my vote after the way I was just treated !

Ugh. If you dont mind the cable guy being two hours late, coming without all equipment you ordered, and not listening to instructions, than by all means go here. The technician gave us a bad box because he insisted I only ordered one box. Than I told him to install the router in one room, but he installed it in a completely room. When I called to say the cable box was dysfunctional, they kept me on the phone for two hours than told me they would charge me for the visit. On top of that, they still charged me for installation and the bill remains much higher than what they said. Stick with directtv or even better FIOS. Ive had fios for a month and its awesome.

They keep raising the costs by placing fees that were originally free. For example, charging a monthly fee for the box or modem that was initially free on the contract. Sporting events fees for having sports channels that you dont want. Seems every year they charge you a new fee for something. I started with the contract at $175.00, Im up to $215.00 two years later. They need to be regulated or we need more providers of cable and the internet so they can compete and stop the bs.

Not sure if its specific to this location but I was given a username and pw that did not work at installation. I used their online customer support to try and fix the issue only to be told after 30 minutes to call their customer support. Despite being the person paying the bills I was told they couldnt help me. Ive never encountered worse customer service from any company. Direct TV is looking more and more like the better decision.

I walked in for two new remotes and before I made it to the front desk (there was no line) a customer service rep had already brought a new one to her work station. She asked if I was there for a new remote (she saw the old one in my hand), I replied that I actually needed two. She grabbed another one and handed both to me, told me how to program them and I was on my way before I could even say "Good Morning." Excellent service.

Horrible. I walked in and made payment arrangements. I was told there would be no service interruption and two days later they turned it off. When you call the automated system wont give you a person to speak with. Is it really that serious that you cant work with people who pay you a substantial portion of their monthly income.

Really a depressing inside. One TV that wasnt hung correctly so its crooked, the people working here were nice, but come on you guys are a cable TV company. Put a few more TVs in there and create some excitement.

They lower volume for the shows and raise volume for the ads. I have no choice but to mute the ads and not hear them. Ill probably switch to somebody else who doesnt make ads louder, or use internet for shows

Pretty standard store, seems mostly for return and exchange of equipment. Line was fairly short on the weekend. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
