worse cable company ever the morons discontinue physical mail delivery of your statement if you view it online and when u view it online the last digit of your acct disappears so if u send the payment electronically they "misplace" the payment and it is your responsibility to figure where the money is and go back and forth wit their incompetent team who doesnt even tell you whats going on until you call headquarters in CT. they are the worse Get FIOS better prices and they dont start taking channels away like optimum does

They were quick, but when I asked if I could be upgraded on my service was told no. I called customer service when I got home and they said yes. Why couldnt they just do it and save me the time?

Easy transaction, got an extra box in 5 min no wait, nice space. Only drawback only 6 parking spaces in front of store.
