Their techs are children who know nothing, their customer service representatives are experts in giving you nothing you want, and their company motto is "squeeze every penny out of loyal customers so we can afford to sucker new customers with amazing prices... Only for a year" The only reason they are still a company at all is because there is no competition, a government promoted illegal monopoly. Only speak to the retention department and threaten to leave, thats the only way to get a deal, or live with a person youre not married to and change the name its under every year

My service was disconnected for your own mix up and no fault of mine and when I called to resolve I was given the run around between technical support, customer service and billing department , it took 9 long phone calls and 2 days to get my service back on, non of ur supervisors came on the line to talk to a paying customer, I will make sure that I tell everyone about my experience and Im in the process of switching to Verizon. Terrible is one word to describe ur company

Have found customer service patient, informed and helpful at this location. Change of service(removed landline), tv package and "snowbird" service processed without delay, error...and savings.

I agree with previous review. Parking lot in and out is complicated. Other then that staff is good. No problem anytime I go there for upgraded equipment.
