First off, Stowe cable is overpriced for the services (50 channels for $40.24 a month) they provide. They dont carry some of the best channels - national geographic, cooking channel, hgtv, etc... There is no way to pay electronically, which is not only an inconvenience but shows how antiquated they are. While we are on the topic of paying - you can cut and mail a check - and it wont be cashed for 2 weeks - meaning you have no idea when the funds are going to be deducted from your account - their offices are less than a mile from the two major banks in town - how about a daily drop?? You can forget about HD options. Should you decide to go the digital cable route, you are greeted with a menu that is on par with the early 90s. Please, please sell out to a national provider. I would have a dish, but my lease does not allow for aesthetic purposes. You can do so much more for $40 a month. FYI - dish network has 120 channels (even some in HD) for the same price.

Great customer service. They resolved a recent billing issue, across multiple financial institutions very promptly and exceeded expectations. Also, the reliability and speed of internet has been a much welcomed improvement over Fairpoint.

Constant billing issues, never have had a correct bill in the past several months. Always being billed for more than what is owed, cannot get straight answers from the company.
