The gril behind the counter was exceptionally polite easy-going and a pleasure to deal with these are the kind of people that you have for employees that make your business so much better than it actually is. As for your service Im not happy and thats why I cancelled when you took over time Warner you guys were supposed to honor the previous package deals which you did not mine went from $65 to $102 and change I thought that was ridiculous for TV alone and not even Extra TV just a little better than basic so after having negotiated with you people for 3 hours on the phone you guys decided to give me $79 which you then did not follow through on your part of the contract you never sent me the boxes and then blamed me for it after calling back and negotiating for another 3 hours not being able to come up with any reasonable rate I told you I was leaving and I went to DirecTV which is awesome for only $43 a month if you are a AAA member . It has the genie which does more than a DVR it can pause and record and do everything and even more than your DVRs I never have a problem in the rain I always get a perfect picture which I cant say the same for spectrum. I also get all the local channels and everything that you guys say that they dont get on your TV commercial. So dont worry try direct tv .If not a member or aaa its 10 dollars more..

When we moved to a new town and found out we had to go back to Charter from Comcast I could have cried. Wed had theyre Rotten service before. And sure enough, here it is 40 days later and we already have a problem. They shut us off even though we explained part of the bill belongs to the old tenant. They claim their system does it (shut off) automatically and cant reinstate it without a payment, meaning a "real person" doesnt turn it back on, once the computer recognizes a payment, and IT turns it back on!? Bunch of crap. Ive got a sick child at home today who just wants to rest and watch a few shows. Sorry Hon, Charter SUCKS!!!!!

The last thing this company does is "communications". Terrible customer service, youre told one thing by a rep and a completely different story from another. Between them raising my simply only "internet" service from $30 a month too somehow I now owe $150 a month!? For just basic internet?! Always getting late fees when we have spoken to the representative and confirmed when we would be paying the bill and she said everything would be okay..same night they disconnected us. You have now lost me as a faithful customer for over 4 years. This companys only goal is to infuriorate everyone who has their service.

Was allowed to setup account with my boyfriends name no questions asked they knew who i was asked for my name because i managed the bills but when it came down to changing service or for moving they refused to do so so just for hahas i had him call in for an upgrade to a bigger package and they did they didnt evrn ask for the pin his birthday name nor social they just did it it could of been anymore charging the service but with me if i wanted to downgrade or anuthimg else then they want to give me a hard time they are terrible with customer service

Charter Communications offers the most crappiest services ever!!!!! Every month I have to disconnect my cable so that it can re-boot. I own 2 DVRs and 5 out of 10 times the system states that there was an error while trying to record. IF I HAD ANY OTHER OPTIONS I WOULD DO IT BUT UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NO OTHER OPTIONS! The last thing that I could think of would be to keep the internet and order me a firestick. The prices are outrageous for such terrible services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The remote sucks. The on demand sucks. The service itself sucks. Pixelated and skippy and freezy and clunky. The WIFI constantly needs to be reset. Its expensive. Whats to like? Pack up your lousy service and get the hell out od Chicopee and go back to Cable Company 101 class. You suck!

The internet sucks.....best cable is comcast but i live in chicopee am stuck with this horrible intertnet...and they charge you for everything even to come out and fix the internet ....how is that my problem ...INTERNET IS HORRIBLE

The cable boxes are horrible and always freeze on me; the wifi had to be reset at least twice a day and most of the time it wouldnt even work. If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!! Worst cable company ever!!!

Just horrible..I love how they tell you your cable will be 126$ a month and then u get your bill and its 197$.. When you ask them why they cant tell you.. Full of mystery charges... Go with dish
