Absolutely the worst internet service I have ever encountered in my life. We continually lose connectivity. I call their "24/7 Tech Support line of which I believed to be outsourced somewhere in the Southern United States, because whenever i DO manage to get them to pick up the phone, the "tech" has a very prominent southern drawl. In any case, connectivity has gone down twice in one week this time. I made a total of 8 phone calls to the "24/7" tech support line with an average wait time of 40 minutes, to which NO ONE EVER ANSWERED my call. I "power-cycled" my computer, modem and router as per their REPETITIOUS recording "to solve many connectivity issues" while waiting for someone to answer my call. AFTER PERFORMING THAT EXERCISE IN FUTILITY and after I hang up, tired of waiting. It *miraculously* connects. I am reporting this company to the FCC and the Attorney General. If Vermont wants its people to be computer and technologically savvy to compete in this country, its going to have to do better than SOUTHERN VERMONT CABLE.

Worst company EVER! They make Comcast look amazing. If there was an option for less than one start, Southern Vermont Cable would definitely get it. Their customer service is nonexistent. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes for their technical support member to basically say Im sorry, but thats not something I will be able to help you with, let me transfer you to another department.... REALLY!?!? Are you kidding me! Whats even worse, because of where I live in Dummerston, they are my only option for internet and tv.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had issues from day one! They came to install the Internet and it was immediately not working once the technician left, so he had to come back and fix it. Once I received my first bill I found out they charged me another $45 dollars for their mistake and refused to take it off the bill. Not to mention the terrible attitude their service rep had on every encounter. Oh did I mention they shut off my internet a week before the bill was even due.

I called 3-24-2016 endways told that someone would call back. No one did. I called once on 3-25-2016 and was hung up on. I called back and was told that a serviceperson would "stop by on his way" whatever that meant. We waited up till 10 pm. Obviously they are closed both Saturday and Sunday. Since I have to work all day Monday the first time when a service person can come is Tuesday morning. 3-29-2016. I have no assurance that will happen. This is service?

Been a customer for 12 years. Always helpful & solve my problems. A nice person answers my calls, a tech has come out twice and taken care of line issues. Sure, a small company but great people. A have to deal with the big guys at our other house, what a hassle. These folks are a pleasure.

I absolutely love Southern Vermont Cable. We use their internet service and it is reliable and extremely fast. They do a fantastic job.
