Their techs are children who know nothing, their customer service representatives are experts in giving you nothing you want, and their company motto is "squeeze every penny out of loyal customers so we can afford to sucker new customers with amazing prices... Only for a year" The only reason they are still a company at all is because there is no competition, a government promoted illegal monopoly. Only speak to the retention department and threaten to leave, thats the only way to get a deal, or live with a person youre not married to and change the name its under every year

Terrible service,they are highway robbers every year I go away for winter 3 months when I come back they offer package for new customers now I order just internet because I stream through android tv boxes(a thousand channels) and they said well this time you are returning customer internet 60 will be 65$ with my equipment instead 49.95$. The problem with them is that dont have many competitors and they fix prices the way they want and if you downgrade service they have fees after fees for anything.Hungry..very hungry!

Customer service is all smiles and no actions, they are trained to squeeze you for every possible cent for service that has tv drop outs weekly and an internet service that has drop outs every 8 to 10 hours for as long as 3 minutes.

Worst internet I have ever experienced for the highest price I have ever paid. If you only like having the internet for half of the business day, than Optimum is the place for you! (Also theyre not very good!)

I live in Riverhead and it is generally good, but sometimes I cant watch what I want and it gets obnoxious. Im paying for it, why should too many people on one channel (or whatever it is) be an issue?

Incredibly overpriced for what you get. Inconsistent wi fi, cable box frequently re-booting, and having to take many channels that you have no interest in just so you can get the few you want.
