This review is not so much for the Milford CT location as it is for the Entire Corporation, which google conveniently will Not let you give a rating to, for collusion/manipulation purposes. Frontier is literally one of the Worst internet service providers in the Nation. Its consistent 17.5 mbps download speeds (or worse) rate up there with some 3rd world countries in terms of internet speeds. While the Cable portion of Frontiers services might be on-par with any other telecommunications company, its Internet service is Well worth finding a completely different provider for. If I could, I would gladly rate Frontier with 0 stars. Again, this review is not specifically regarding the personnel at the Milford CT Post Mall location, rather the company as a whole.

Ive heard that they have a bad reputation across the board. Indeed, that was confirmed when I called tech support regarding my ability to accept payment on my terminal. I told the tech lady that I was getting an error message. Her grumpy and impatient reply was, "I dont know what that means; do you know what it means?" I ended the call when I realized that she had more important things to do than offer customer service to a business customer. Calling to switch providers.

They r the worst service ever nd Im leaving them as well.. the deserve no stars to be honest.. I thought Comcast was bad they r worst.. dont go wit them nd they internet is slow nd they cable tv is just as bad.. it freezes nd on demand cuts out..

Waiting for 90 min on hold to get zero response.. please, I can drive across this state in that time. Get a different company, pay more and be happier. You lost a customer tonight frontier. Terrible service
