We payed for the upgraded high speed internet service, $70+ a month and have seen no changes in service from when we had the lowest speed. Internet works, but barely. It is almost impossible to use my internet without it cutting out at least once or twice each time I use it and service calls never get answered on time. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE IF YOU DEPEND ON STABLE INTERNET. Two stars is being generous..

I cant start a new business online because my internet is not the strength that Im paying for and its been off and on for three days now Im going to start charging them for every day I dont have service. My service has sucked since I started with them in January 2016 problems every month if there was another provider in Northfield I would go with them but unfortunately there isnt!!!?

Not particularly happy with this company. The price just went up five dollars a month for a sub par product. Internet lags and cuts out often. The five dollars was to help pay for the tiniest upgrade ever. Do you realize how slow the speed are compared to other companies? Too bad there is no other competition in this town or else you might get better service. Good grief!

We lose service pretty much every weekend, service calls dont get responded to and lose Internet regularly. They dont give you a credit for lost service, so the $135.00 per month is a waste of money.
