Just spoke with Shirley on the phone. First of all, my call was answered in less than 10 seconds.. and she had my problem fixed in less that 10 seconds. She was great! And Im a happy customer. Definitely wont get customer service like that anywhere else.

Simply the worst. The adds are misleading. The product is inferior with frequent issues. The customer service borders on criminal. If I did not have a another choice I would dump this miserable company in an instant. Do yourself a favor - skip Charter.

My cable service is constantly "stuttering" and in need of being reset. Just tonight it said it was recording a show but its not. And the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If I had any other option I would not be with charter.

Charter is coming to Indian Orchard, MA. Just got off the phone with Charter and theyre putting lines down (not yet active), even got an address of the closest (few houses from me). Looking forward to Charter moving in!
