IF I COULD RATE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD. I have had issues with my Phone Service at my Business for over a Month, and every time I called I was told it was my problem. I hired two separate Phone Techs to come to my office replaced all my phone jacks had my phone system checked out. I still had problems and made numerous calls to Cablevision with no help at all. FINALLY they realized there was a problem on there end after other Businesses in the area had similar complaints. Now I get a Service Bill and have spoken to Customer Service twice and refused to reverse charges (Supervisor #18 Juan) what an Ass. Im on phone with Verizon right now switching companies.

On occasion, there can be long lines here. However, the staff here do a good job of keeping the line moving. If you need to return or exchange equipment, this is where it has to come. Theres really no other choice in the matter. Heavy duty, 6ft. long HDMI cable that could have been $30 at Best Buys was only $5. Good deal!

Employees here are very slow. They do not manage the line. Irate customers walk right up to the counter. There should be a kyosk or some type of waiting system. Maybe even a simple take a number. Maybe more seats? People stand in line holding equipment etc...

Having 10 counters, only 2 works during peak hour i.e., normal week monday @6pm. And inefficient people put in place as each transaction is taking more time. I had to wait 20 minutes in line just to return the equipment.
