Yes the line was long, but they were well staffed and the line moved quickly. Id say I was in and out in about 15 minutes, and this was on a Saturday afternoon. The service representative I spoke with was very courteous and I had no issues getting a replacement modem (my cat peed on the old one :( ). Word of advice, if you are not the named account holder, make sure you have an authorized user form signed by the account holder either with you or on file with Cablevision, otherwise they may not be able to help you.

The representative was nice but the problem was not resolved. I returned my Optimum set-top device for CableCARD, but there were service issues when I tried to install it and the Optimum support staff said I needed to return the card for a new one. Wasting my time, travel, gas, etc. Why cant you mail me a new card? Plus now its a holiday weekend and the store wont be open for days. No Optimum TV service.

Every problem I have had it has been resolved with either this store or a phone call to optimum. This store offers absolutely anything from a new replacement cable box to giving you your optimum ID and password if you forgot it. Great customer service and Im never in there for too long.

This place is disgusting. When I went to return my equipment, I waited nearly 90 minutes in line. It was hot and there was a weird smell in the air. Crowded. Dirty. Im SO glad I switched to U-Verse. Ive had nothing but awful customer support from Optimum.
