Showed up at 2 PM today to pick up my new router, cable box, and phone. Online hours are listed 9AM - 4 PM. When I arrived, there were other people there looking for service who were also told the store was open until 4 PM. This sign was on the front door, and the two front desk employees left out the back and walked to their cars looking at us as we stood at the front door waiting for service. They both hopped into their cars and drove away. You can see in the photo I took the group of people behind me in the reflection of the glass waiting for service. The employees of this store should lose their jobs for this. I called Spectrum to tell them what happened and they said they have notified their managers and will be calling me back on Monday.

Horrible, every time Ive been here. Expect to wait, theyre understaffed and on average you will be here for 30 minutes. Go to the bathroom before getting coming here, there are no public bathrooms even though the wait it almost always long. There are NO seats anywhere, so keep this in mind if youre a senior or have health issues. When I was here last it seemed everyone in line was complaining about a miscommunication by staff which required them to come in. I felt sorry for one older gentlemen that had a hard time standing and was leaning on anything he could close by (and there wasnt much). Overall the worst thing is that this design appears to be on purpose and a deterrent to coming in.

Not satisfied. We had a guy stop at our home and offered us a package deal to have cable, internet & phone hooked up for $29.99 each but we decided to cancel!!!! We could not even contact the number the guy (Jarred) left us! That is very unprofessional and we could not leave message since it said his phone didnt have voicemail setup!! So I ended up calling customer service but the guy was extremely slow (Tom) and I hung up. Had been sitting on phone over 6 minutes listening to him mumbling and breathing. I didnt think it should take anymore than a minute to confirm my cancellation.... wow

If I could rate this company in the negative I would. Between the UNRELIABLE service and the rude customer service i am beyond frustrated. The internet connection only works once In a while, it cuts out constantly. When you call for help not only are countless employees mean and unhelpful but they will charge you to come fix their own equipment! Not even time warren cable gave me this many issues. Searching for another phone and internet service as we speak. Id rather pay double spectrums rates then be treated like trash because I want the service I pay for to work correctly!

terrible,,,i used to love time warner,,, NOW I am upset, with customer service,, i need to replace a remote, simple easy,,, not when there is 15 people ahead of you in line and only 1 person at the counter... time warner had 3 people at all times.. This is what we are to expect from a new take over. Higher bills, less customer service.. Be dropping cable box soon, never had phone hooked up , just another way to package deals and ripe off customers.Give us what we want, cable and internet,NO PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Left went home go back tomorrow and complain. SUCKS

Long wait times for service. Was told by agent that it is lunch time and they are short staff, in which I understand , but the company need a to realize that most of their customer might be on their lunch break to take care of their business at Spectrum. So please dont tell me to deal with it or give me some other excuse. I thought customer satisfaction is what their goal is, in which I dont think it is.

After waiting on line, received my equipment - couldnt finish set up because we were never given a remote. Also asked to add dvr - yep - you guessed it - was never added - so that was 40 minutes on the phone trying to get that done. Spend less time talking and more time paying attention to what youre doing and maybe customers wont have these issues.

Cable is good and we all love it but were paying for a service and should be professionally taken care of when there are issues. Spectrum is terrible. The least they can do is staff more people at their stores. In line for over an hour because I cant pay my bill online because the server is down. I hate this company.

The cable and telephone and internet are not working, and this is the third time this has happened this month since I have had it. There is no reason that would have caused this to occur: no storms, or other weather issues. I dont understand what is wrong with the equipment either. Everything is all plugged in.

This is a busy office! However the staff are friendly and efficient. I have been here twice to swap out equipment and the process went well. Make sure you bring you bill so they can have quick access to your information.
