Worst post office Ive ever been too and worst experience ever. I recommend avoiding this post office at all costs. I was there not too long ago, waited about an hour in an extremely long line just to pick up a package. When my turn was up I went up to a window, the female attendant (short hair/Asian descent) asked me what I needed, I told her I was picking up a package. She laughed and looked at her co worker (the supposable manager by the name of Louie Nieves) and asked him whether she should send me to him (he was the one who disrupted the line order and started taking package pick up slips at the last half hour of the post office closing), and I heard him say yes. So she looked at me and said "go over there to his line to pick up your package." I was a bit upset and feared that I would have to wait another half hour so I asked her if he would take me next since I was next in the main line and she said yes. I didnt think it was fair to have to wait in another line again because she didnt want to service me and thought I should be serviced only by Louies last minute package pick up line. I went over to his line, Louie as he said his name was, was at the moment with a customer and there was someone else next in line (he had arrived to the post office about 5 minutes prior) and I asked the young man if he would mind me going in front of him and being next to pick up my package since that was what the Asian attendant had stated Id be next in Louies line. The young man had no problem with it and said go ahead. When Louie finished servicing the person he was helping, I went up next and he looked at me and said "next, you have to wait in the line, the person behind you (the young man who let me go In front of him) is my customer and he is next, you are not my customer." I had explained to him what had happened and that the Asian lady stated I would be serviced next and right away. There was no point in me waiting in another line when I was next in a line I had been standing in for the past hour! Louie showed no sympathy he said "youre not my customer you have to wait until after Im done with MY customers because they are in my line." He was referring to the last minute line he started so that he wouldnt have to stay working later, it was about 4:30 pm and the main line was LONG, about 30-40 ppl). I was so upset by the unprofessional way he handled the whole situation and asked to speak to a supervisor. He stated, "I am the supervisor." I said, "then you should understand what Im trying to tell you and how you are handling things is completely unpractical and unprofessional. I am going to file a complaint about you." He showed indifference and stated, "go ahead complain about me, make as many complaints as you want. Youre not my customer, he is (pointing at the young man)." I was so upset with the situation and how things were handled, given that I couldnt speak to anyone else I asked him for his name (Louie Nieves - Hispanic, dark skinned, middle aged man) and now sharing the story here. That is not way a manager should treat customers and I am sure I am not the only one hes treated this way, I observed the way he interacted with customers during my wait in this long line and it was not pleasant.

This branch is really surreally weird. I dont want to sound paranoid, but I have a strong suspicion the Asian women working there have some kind of financial interest in getting people to buy the more expensive types of postage - registered and insured, etc. How that could be possible I still need to check for the facts and do some investigation, but last few times I was there they tried to put a lot of pressure on me to register and insure. First I was approached by a lady who acts like a supervisor of the branch. She tried to muster a smile and asked me what I was mailing - all the while I was standing at the station still filling out the label on one of the envelopes. She tried to persuade me to register and insure, which I politely refused. After standing in line and hoping to get to the window with the sole male teller ( a pleasant African-American middle aged man with whom I had never had any weird conversations that went beyond strictly passing the mail and payment) I finally approaching the window, and was faced with another Asian lady working there, who also subjected me to the interrogation as to what I was mailing and shouldnt I have insured it. I couldnt help but smile and ask her if they were somehow compensated for their efforts to get people to spend more. She told me she just didnt want my mail to get lost. I came home and shared my strange experience with my family members. Remember telling my wife I was concerned they might do something with my mail just out of spite. And now it looks like my concerns were very valid - one of the letters has been lost. How is that possible is beyond me. Not going back to that branch ever again. I rather commute to another location than to deal with these characters.

I wish half a star was an option. I have been to many post offices before but this must take the cake as the worst I have been to. There is no sort of organization when it comes to the line. There is even a separate line for package pickup that is not used until one of the attendants decides to open it. The people there, especially the smaller Asian women, have the worst attitudes for absolutely no reason. None are helpful in any way, shape or form. I have had several packages delivered to the wrong apartment or even the wrong address. I have brought it to their attention and they tell me that once the package is delivered, there is noting they can do, regardless if the postman gave it to the wrong person. I have actually had the postman admit to me in person that he messed up but he laughed and said I was SOL. I have made a complaint against the postman and the office, after this last incident where they gave a $150 package to an "individual" in my building. I have spent hours on the phone trying to remedy the problem and have given up hope of getting it back. All I really want is someone to be held responsible instead of their "solution," which is telling me they can not do anything. Lost story short, avoid this place at all costs, especially if you want to avoid anger and frustration.

Like many others on here - I had a very pricey package scheduled for delivery and received an "attempted delivery" message which is BS because we had been waiting for the package outside ALL day knowing damn well that we were dealing with this location. They claim a note was left but that is a lie and when I attempt to call the location - they do NOT pick up the phone. I do not understand how this is a government location... this is insane.
