U-Haul of East Islip, location at 221 Carleton Ave, East Islip, NY 11730, is by far the WORST location of all the U-Hauls I have EVER dealt with. For starters, Christine, who I assume is the manager, has the trashiest attitude and DOES NOT know the definition of customer service. This location, including the facilities, the trucks, all of the equipment and supplies, are poorly managed and seem neglected. They cant seem to take care of anything here. They put their contracts and MONEY first, not the customer. The customer is NEVER right at this location and there is NO NEED for you to EVER rent a truck or any form of moving service from this location at any time. You have been warned.

Had a great experience with this location. The manager/employee Dan was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgable. In my many years of customer service myself I couldnt ask for a more perfect example.
