If I could give this a zero star review, I would. My husband and I stored several pieces of furniture here from September 2014 until about a week ago. We noticed as soon as the movers unloaded our furniture that it had MICE DROPPINGS on it. One of my area rugs was chewed, and very soiled. Our furniture has a mild must and mildew odor. Unfortunately, the policy we have through State Farm wouldnt cover the damage. My husband contacted Woodbury Storage today, and was told we were out of luck. Now I have to replace at least 7 grand worth of furniture. Neve again. Waste of $. Go elsewhere.

Completely inconvenient hours for anyone who has a job, the staff is rude, tend to ignore customers unless theyre in their face, and have billed me incorrectly multiple times! The last time, I was double billed, I called to report it and ask to be credited back, waited a week, and was told "Itll get there when it gets there, theres nothing we can do. Your bank must be slow." AWFUL SERVICE!
