Picking up the truck was nice and easy Jerry was great until I went to drop off the truck in the White Plains location and it turns out Jerry misinformed me when he told me I could drop off the truck at 3pm and wont get any extra fee. I had to pay an extra day because of misinformation that was given to me. If i would of known I was going to get an extra charge for returning the truck at 3pm I would of dropped it off earlier. Its ridiculous.

Who knew I could drive a 17 truck safely!!! This new location is GREAT...the have great customer service, a clean store, great customer service, and great deals! I loved driving that truck!!! Everyone over the phone and in the store was so friendly and helpful...they also entertained my fear of "worst case scenarios" driving the truck and put me at ease.

horrible experience at this uhaul location. ive been using uhaul for years for any type of moving needs. i tryed this new location and it was the worst thing i could have done. they have someone named "jerry" i think that was his name that works there. very rude and unprofessional person. so i would suggest to not go to this uhaul location

Check the milage and gas levels of the cars before you leave. Mine had a 9 miles difference not in my favor. They did fix it but I had to wait much too long.
