To whom this may help have the most wonderful experience finding a storage unit. I went in to this location because it has easy access off the main highway. I was going in to inquire information on units because I need to pack stuff away before moving of course and I was met by Angela who was very polite and very upbeat. We talked for a few minutes about what size unit I would need and then she took me to look at a few different sizes. Angela was so kind to me and she has very excellent costumer service skills. I would highly recommend to family and friends to go see her if and when they needed a unit. She was truly great, you could just tell that she loved her job and took great pride with what she does. She answered all my questions and I left with a positive experience at public storage for my very first time. Im pleased to say shes one of a kind and the company shod be proud to have her on board because I know I would be. Thank you Angela for all your help.

I have been a customer of this location for many years and find Angela and Chris to be outstanding in customer service and knowledge. They are both always happy and eager to help and its a pleasure to see them. The location is well-situated from major highways and is well-maintained since Angela took over the Property Manager role. Both she and Chris are very responsive to their customers requests and do it with a smile. I could easily move to a location closer to my home but it is because of Angela that I remain a loyal customer of this facility. I can only hope that the executive team of Public Storage finally recognizes what great employees they have in Angela and Chris.

I visited this location yesterday 7/15/2013 and I had the pleasure of working with Angela. I had been going crazy moving all day and ran into an issue and needed a storage unit ASAP . I walked in at 4:50 pm ( I felt horrible considering they close at 5:00pm). Not once did I feel rushed. Angela made sure she went over every detail and tried everything possible to make sure I was making the right choice. She was so helpful and friendly. The location is very clean and secure. Im very happy my horrible day brought me to this location. Couldnt be happier. Thank you Angela !

While renting storage space itself is not a fun experience, having such wonderful employees like Angela to help through the process and makes renting from Public Storage very easy. Angela is a real gem and an asset to the company. Always greets me with a smile and happy to help me with my rental, my payments or any questions I may have. Had some billing issues and called the main 800 number. They were unable to help. Once I requested to speak to a district manager they transferred me but said it may take at least 24 hours to hear back. I then called this location directly and had the pleasure of speaking with Angela. She is friendly, professional and was understanding of my frustration. AND she was able to get my billing issues resolved within an hour at which time she called me to let me know. Merci beaucoup Angela!

Hello, We are tenants of this location for many years and have had and continue to have a very positive experience. If we have ever needed assistance, the employees are always friendly and take care of everything immediately. The grounds are kept very nicely at all times. Every time we come into the office we are greeted by Angela with a smile & positive kind words. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for storage space. This is the best storage facility around.Its nice that its conveniently off Sunrise highway but the customer service is outstanding. Angela is the sweetest,most helpful manager anyone could ask for. Some people are hard workers but others go above and beyond to make people happy and Angela is one of them.Why deal with others that are cold nasty wasps when you can be at ease and be treated like family here.Its a no brainer...

Public Storage needs to Commend-"Angela"..She is bright, knowledgeable, knows her Companies offerings..above all a great Employee. The upstairs units are COLD..not heated.. Some water on floor from roof leaking.. Need more hand trucks/carts for customer usage. Could use some better lighting. These are simple things to address..Im sure PS will. Satisfied..would use again..but bigger unit.. Thanks, Angela.Youre the best..!!

Had a bad experience with a storage company where the unit somehow flooded and most of my belongings were ruined. I stopped in here to grab some boxes and explained what happened to Abraham, who then showed me around the facility and a few available units which looked a lot better than the last place I used and had the bad experience. I will without a doubt be here in the future, and definitely recommend.
