First time ever using a storage facility for my mother furniture and boxes after she sold the house and gave me short notice to either drive it to Florida or store it in New York until she bought another home. I decided to store in extra storage in islandia because it was around the corner from my mothers house. Workers there were helpful and very courteous during my transaction and stay. They have a truck on site which made the move fast and cheaper then renting a truck from uhual because there truck service is free only paid for gas. I was only a customer for about 3 months but I will definitely be using this location again for future storage.

What an excellent storage facility. My company rents from 5 other storage units in the North East US and this location is by far the best and most friendly. I have rented here for almost 3 years and have never had any issues. We have great exterior access to our 10 x 30 unit. Cardboard dumpster access is key for our business and it really helps to have access on site. There is plenty of guest parking, and the facility is in a fantastic location for Long Islanders, right next to the LIE. Manny and Jonathan are fantastic to deal with and always greet us by name when they see us.

I chose the Islandia location because it is very close to my house and I didnt want to drive all over the country to get to my belongings. I havent had to go to the location in a while but when I did I found it to be clean and the staff very helpful. I was not too happy that the outside gate was stuck on open and anybody couldve come onto the premises. I had also gotten used to the "reminder" payment emails but they stopped sending them (some of us do forget from time to time). I guess its more profitable to charge the late fees rather than give a heads up that the bill is due.

These guys were top notch.! They had great customer service and were totally patient with us throughout. I would highly recommend them to any one looking for a storage facility. You cant beat the location which is right off the highway, but the customer service alone is reason enough to go with these guys. The place is clean, neat, and well kept. They also provide numerous dollies for easy transporting of your material. Overall great experience. Keep up the good job fellas.

Terrible garage space!! Dirty, insulation falling from the ceiling, birds nesting inside, dead birds on the floor. I had to cover my car with blankets and the very same blankets were covered in bird poop when I came to pick up my car. The garage door takes brute force to open and close, so much so that my finger was injured during the process. The feedback from management was very nonchalant. Poor facility overall and not recommended. I would give 0 stars if possible.

As a first timer, I was initially very skeptical about renting but my inhibitions were gone right from when I visited this place. The manager was very helpful with choosing the unit size that best fit our needs and showed us as many units as we wanted to see... Overall, it was great value for money and there were no hassles right from moving in to managing my account to moving out. I would definitely rent here again, should I need to!!

Manny and Jonathan were really helpful in finding the right size for what I was trying to put in. The experience as a whole was quick and painless also. I would recommend their services to anyone in need of this sort of specialized need. Prices were reasonable and product was very clean. I feel like my goods will be safe inside here

Ive had my experiences with storage facilities but this storage place is probably one of the best so far. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly. The storage itself is nice and well-kept. Also, the prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs storage space!
