For this location: Clean and friendly staff For the Company it self: I pay my bills and I use Auto Pay. Unknown at the time there was a glitch in either my banks system or extra spaces system. This resulted in payment not being received to ESS for two months. It wasnt until the location called me to inform me that my belonging would be going to auction due to failure to pay. It wasnt even a full 60 days, it was 48 days!!!!! Of course I was a bit annoyed as I knew I had auto pay. They staff we friendly and understanding but, informed me that I would have call ESS office to clear this up. With out making this review overly boring, I was not helped by the local office or the main office resulting in a $280 bill to which the majority of it were fees and legal charges. I almost got the sense that they wanted to sell my things to make money off it which has left a bad taste in my moth ever since that situation. In addition to all of that, Ive been there for 3 years. The monthly fee has increased almost $25.00 dollars!!!! Not to mention at no time did ESS main office or the storage unit itself inform me that if I had renters insurance I could wave their insurance. I just figured that out and Ive paid $324 on insurance that I already had. Ive stayed there as long as I have because of the security it offers.

My five stars are for the quality and location of the space and for the professionalism of the assistant manager , who helped us. I had initially reserved a non acclimated space but we realized, when we visited it, that some of our stuff could be at risk if the temperatures were too high or cold. We were then informed about the acclimated unit, a bit more expensive, but the guy was not pushy at all. He told us about the differences between the option and did all possible so we could get a better deal renting the space for our needs. We found the place clean and well organized and the fact that it is conveniently located and yet not at all super exposed was a plus. This is our first month renting it, so we hope they will continue offering us good, honest business.

I stored my belongings with Extra Space for several years while I was located out of state. Friends had told me horror stories about other storage places and that all of my valuable belongings would be gone. Absolutely nothing was missing or even messed with at Extra Space and I knew that my first impressions of their honesty and goodness had been justified. I was very pleased with every aspect of my experience with Extra Space. The staff were so helpful and kind. I felt perfectly safe when I was on the premises. I would definitely recommend this facility.

This Extra Space location is a good honest business. I stored my stuff here for a year and a half. Signing up was a painless process. I received a lot of space for a fair price. The rent increased over time at a reasonable amount. When I moved out, they didnt try to gouge me for an extra months rent. I met a couple people who worked here over that time too. Theyre just the friendliest people imaginable. I highly recommend this business.

My unit was clean, spacious and climate controlled. Louis and Dave were professional and courteous from day one. If there was one thing I could change it would be the frequency in rate increases. Otherwise; customer service, access and the cleanliness of the unit rate a 5 out of 10. Thank Dave , Louis and all others who made my experience at Extra Space Storage positive. We checked out a few storage facilities with Extra Space high on the list, due to its very competitive prices. It turned out to be the cleanest, most convenient,most professional facility and staff...and the least expensive! And piped in music included! Without paying the premium of drive up access, we still have very good access from a door that we can pull up to and a straight hallway to our unit.

Great place to store anything ..room temperature perfect for winter and summer. I got the large room fit my whole home in there with extra space. So easy to get in and out. Elevator accessible. Rooms r huge. Guys who work there are awesome,they were helpful and courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this place to my family member and freinds and coworkers. Thanks guys!!!

This place is amazing the first time i came in i spoke with Luis Lopez. I cant explain enough how helpful this man is. He showed me the storage units, got me the best price knowing i wasnt going to be using the unit for long, and the next time i came he jumped my Aunt and Uncles car for them just out of kindness. Truly and amazing place with wonderful staff!

My second time back. I have to say the staff is very friendly, explains everything in detail, and answers my 1,000 questions. The place is clean and Ive yet to run into any issues with staff or any other "tenant". My things have been safe and sound while here! Everyone was really helpful and attentive when I had questions about setting up my storage space. I finally went in to get the space, and Luis was very nice and extremely fast and efficient with getting the paperwork processed. He answered all my questions and let me know all the ways I could get a hold of them, even after hours.

The reservation process implies you are agreeing to rent space at a set rate but once you are settled into the unit they will jack up the price - BEWARE (read the fine print). Their standard contract has a clause written in it that says the rate and terms of this contract can be change at our discretion. Isnt that lovely.

The unit was ready for us and the facility was very clean and secure. Luis Lopez was extremely helpful; answering my questions on our initial telephone conversation, going through all of the paperwork required with me and showing me around my storage unity. He was very courteous and professional.

I rented at Extra space a few times. I store my bike and old car in the winter. Its in a good location and the place is clean, not to busy and very nice staff. Price is o k . I told my brother about the place and he stored there also. I highly recommend this placce.

I just started storing things here. I have the smallest sized unit, but it holds a lot more than I expected. What really sold me is that I have access to the space late at night. This really helped out when I was scrambling to empty my house when I moved.

This is our first time using a storage facility and we couldnt be more pleased. The location is very convenient, the staff are fantastic and very professional. The facility is secure, clean, easily accessible, and provides carts for convenience.

I definitely recommend Extra Space Storage in Orange. The facility is clean, safe and secure. The guys in the office a re great to talk to and very friendly. The prices are lower than anyone around. I would definitely rent space from them again.
