ONE STAR IS BEING GENEROUS!!!!!!!! Im not one to bash a company but by the way I was treated I have to make sure everyone is aware of their horrible customer service representative. I stopped by a few days to write down some information about pricing. Carissa who I expected to be very nice according to other Google reviews I have read, was nowhere near as nice as google reviews portrayed her. I walked in the office and waited for a few minutes as she was outside taking a personal call. When l she came in, her phone rang and she walked right back outside and didnt even acknowledge me. I decided to leave after a few minutes because I was too busy to wait for her to end her phone call. If she would have been able to reach out and tell me she cant help me at the moment I would understand and stop by another day. But to stand there and not even say a word to me as I was walking in is pathetic. Now U-Haul down the road on the other hand had multiple people in the office and I was helped immediately. Maybe public storage should take a tip or two from them.

I just recently needed to make a move across country for college. I went over to Public Storage in Nesconset with my dad to figure out the easiest way to travel with an abundance of moving supplies. The manager on duty, Will, assisted us immensely. What once was a situation of stress and worry, became easily solved due to the facilities large inventory, and variety in box sizing. The staff was easily able to figure out the easiest way to travel without high expenditures in cost or mobility issues. I did not need any storage at the time, but in the future if the occasion arises, I will definitely be going back there.

I went to look for a storage unit at this location and am walking away feeling very confident my personal belongings are in good hands. Will helped me out from my ridiculous questions to my serious concerns. He was so helpful and didnt try to push anything extra I didnt need which is so appreciated. Its great walking into a facility where the person helping you has a smile on their face makes spending money so much easier , lol. And the grounds are kept clean and organized. Thank you for the help and support will and public storage ill sleep well knowing my things are being taken care of at a fair rate!!!

I was in the area helping a friend of mine move and we neded some boxes to finish packing up. I went to the storage facility and the manager there was extremly helpful. Will was able to provide me with all the things that I neeeded and even gave me some advice on how we should pack up the fragile stuff. I would definately recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for storage. Will was also was very informative on what they had available in terms of storage rooms if we needed any. Very positive visit.

I have no issues at all with my things being in danger of any theft. I love the location. Very easy to get to. Ive been with this site for about 3 years now and it is great! The staff is wonderful! Sometimes I forget to pay my bill exactly when its due and someone always calls me BEFORE it goes delinquent and reminds me my payment is due. They keep in touch with any info i need and are always very helpful when I stop by.

Carmen was helpful, efficient, informative, professional and friendly. I thought it would take a long time getting our storage unit, but I was in and out in less than ten minutes! Carmen made us feel comfortable leaving our belongings in her storage space. Its hard to leave things behind but we feel safe knowing that Carmen is there to manage our stuff! I rented a 10x25 storage unit today and so far the experience and service was very good. Jessica helped me through the process by showing me the storage unit, answering all my questions and providing additional information. Will also helped ensure everything was covered. The storage unit looks clean and has good access. The price was reasonable and the 1st month was only $1.

Recently moved out of my storage place here but I want to mention that if ever I need to rent again, ill definitely choose here first. From the establishment being as clean as it is to wonderful staff, I wouldnt choose anyplace else. Ive rented storage units at other facilities before but this was by far my best experience. I had a lot to store and the manager Carmen was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She helped us find the perfect size unit for our needs and even assisted us in getting all the moving supplies we needed ! Facilities are very well kept and clean as well.

A very nice place! I rented a slot first thing Saturday morning, Carmen, very pleasantly showed me around and made the paperwork quick and simple. I feel safe with public storage with password protected entrance and exit. The unit is large enough with the ten foot ceilings, also the climate control and accessibility are great benefits. Kris

She was very polite and knew exactly what I needed.She offered me a spot there but I did not need a space at this time but in future reference I would definetly go back there.
