Public Storage is one of the greediest companies Ive ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Their rents are as high (or higher) than residential property per square foot. They continually edge their prices up and up, at about twice the rate of inflation. Sadly Im stuck paying their extortion-like rent due to medical issues I have, or Id take my belongings and get the heck out of there. Oh... Im currently paying TWICE what I was paying a few short years ago. What seemed like a good deal turned out to be nothing more than a boondoggle. Ive tried talking to the powers that be (managers and corporate) about how they treat their long-term renters who have shown them loyalty, while giving "newbies" big breaks on their rent. Public Storage doesnt care. Theyre extremely arrogant bordering on belligerent toward their "customers"... you know, the ones who pay their paychecks. I guess thats because they have a demand for their spaces they feel they can treat their best customers like c**p. If you rent at Public Storage, make sure you have an "out" from their property. When I can finally move my property closer to home, then "Public Storage, NEVER AGAIN".

When my husband and I pulled up to the the public storage in Commack, we didnt know what to expect, but then we met Ryan, a super friendly knowledgeable employee who showed us the requested storage area, and he was professional and answered all of our questions with a smile. We made an appointment so we could start on a date amenable to our schedules to start storing our chosen belongings. We met Kristina on that date and she was also very friendly, professional, and again, so knowledgable in the many options and ideas that we could have. Nick, another employee and I think, the facilities manager was also there and again, so professional, and friendly. Again, we left in awe of the professionalism and friendliness of these three people. Very nice experience.

Being a Public Storage customer for nearly 3 years should speak "much" about what I think of this particular branch and its staff. They have always been courteous, polite and respectful towards me. In fact your manager Nick, in particular, is one I consider to be a friend. I always pay my bill in person an when ever he is not around I make a point of asking is he in today and hows he doing. I enjoy our mini conversations about the life of veterans after active duty because a lot of his customers are veterans. Because of the service I received there I would strongly recommend Public Storage to anyone I know who needs storage space. It has truly been a pleasure Nick & Staff.

Public Storage is Amazing! I was helped by the nicest, courteous, caring and professional people. I was helped by Jessica, shes a Jem of a person! Took her time explaining all the procedures and was very nice and helpful, honestly Public Storage exceeded my expectations, you cant beat the price, an affordable price! I also received a call from the Supervisor Ryan, who was also very nice and professional! to confirm my reservation, overall you cant go wrong with this Public Storage location, price is great, the people are great and the units are great and safe, they really outdid themselves! Great experience from start to finish. I needed to rent a storage unit for a few months and found this location online. I reserved my unit online in minutes and was able to move my things in the same day. The staff, especially Nick, were very professional & courteous in all my interactions with them, and made the whole process very convenient. When I no longer needed the unit, Nick helped me close it easily & with no hassle. I highly recommend this location, not just for its competitive rates, but for its outstanding customer service as well.

First - No creepy storage guy. I have used several storage facilities from NYC to Montauk and this one was clean, well lit, organized and staffed by a knowledgeable young lady Courtney. No creepy storage guy is a big plus! The space was the perfect size but happy Courtney showed us "just in case". She explained all the detail and made the process seamless. Great experience.

My daughter was moving back to NY and she needed a short term storage. I checked couple of other places in the area and decided to try this location being the closest. Very happy with the service. Very nice people in the office, answered all my questions. Andrew helped me with the paperwork and he was very professional. The building is very clean. Happy customer.

We stored an entire house contents for one year. The place was clean, climate controlled and easy to use. The staff, Nick, Peter and Ashley were always friendly and ready to help. After a year we downsized to a smaller unit for another 9 months. When we finally were finished with the storage it felt like leaving a home. Good job guys!!!

A very good location. Friendly service by all employees, especially Nick the location manager. He is always there to answer any questions i may have, and is always friendly and there to help with any issues i have. Will definitely recommend this location! Easy to get to and very clean well taken care off.

$215.00 a month for a 10 X 10 unit? What happened to the first month for $1.00? What would you like me to say?They dont have enough dollies, and the first time I had to access the unit on my own I had a 20 minute adventure finding it.Needless to say, Im looking for other options as soon as possible!

I rented a space at this storage place for a short time. The location was great, very close to my apartment. Very clean grounds, climate controlled.The people in the office were very helpful and professional. Overall great I had a great experience. I would use them again.

The place is so clean and organized. The workers are so friendly and helpful. They made the moving process so easy for me and knew exactly what I needed to move my stuff. If you ever go there make sure to look for either frank or Elaine. They are very helpful and patient

I actually love this storage facility, mostly because of the monthly rate I was given for my unit and the convenience of the location near my job so it worked out perfectly! Looking forward to renting another unit next year for my motorcycle in the off season.

A convenient accessible location. Personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and attentive to clients needs. The property Manager (Nick) is always on hand and available to clients. Property is well maintained and clean. A no hassle storage facility.
