I wont lie, the dog smiling at me from I-95 is what caught my eye.I had an incredibly difficult and stressful move to accomplish in a short period of time. I left a message on their website late at nite & I recieved a call the very next morning, from that moment on the ENTIRE staff at the Fairfield office was so helpful and kind. From the ease of the transaction to the use of their courtesy truck evrything was great. The facility is top notch & when I was shown the space the woman who helped me said " we understand that these are not just boxes you are storing but parts of your life" I was left so very satisfied and will use Westy again and recommend them often

Storage at Westys enabled us to "get on with life" knowing that our furniture and the like was safe, secure, and in an appropriate climate-controlled environment. The staff were wonderful - thank you, Linda, in particular. My moms house sold so fast, and we did not anticipate her medical condition requiring such specialized home care. We were able to organize this situation and then return to access and ultimately vacate our storage room with ease. Having friends who have experienced nightmares in other rental facilities, I know I/we have been blessed by ours. Thank you...

The best storage facility Ive ever used. It is expensive but the service is great, the units are kept in terrific shape (good height), the climate control was always ideal and the general areas and elevators are. immaculate. I like the gated access. The staff is amazing. Over nearly ten years, I lost the keys to my lock twice and they were really helpful in removing/replacing it. I was sorry to leave - I moved out of state and the new facility is nice enough - just not nearly as nice as this. Highly recommend.

We used a space while between condo and house. There were definitely other places that were slightly less expensive - but they charge you for everything. And, really - theyre kind of scary and dark! Westy was anything but! Professional in every way - a first class, top notch place that I would definitely use again. And, you can rent a truck here for a SUPER price if you are a current storage customer!

I thought it was appropriate to notify you of the excellent experience weve had using storage units in both Norwalk and Fairfield. We were fortunate to have had Preston help us in both locations. He is extremely knowledgeable and eager to assist above and beyond what would normally be expected. Im not normally a review publisher but his performance was so outstanding, it deserved mentioning.

i have stored before at u haul when i was between homes but Westy in Fairfield changed my expectation of what storage should be. u haul was not a clean or well lite which my wife liked a lot. And the staff at westy is second to none, Karen Emanuel and Greg are a very accommodating group of people. I wish westy had a location in our new town as well.

I recently went through a rough move. I was frustrated and almost gave up. A friend of mine referred me to Westy in Fairfield where the staff was very helpful and building was beautiful. They made moving effortless. I would definitely recommend Westy to anyone in need of storage.

The facility and the staff could not be better. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and cooperative. And the place was immaculate. We have rented storage space in may locations, and never had such a positive experience. This place is great.

For out of state move, we chose Westy (Fairfield). Ms. Durocher is very friendly and professional. The place is very clean and convenient. We had a great experience there. We will definitely recommend Westy to everyone.
