I have used several storage facilities. This is, by far, the best! The East Northport building is well maintained, clean, and secure. The bathroom is immaculate. However, what makes THIS facility special is the people involved. The company will actually listen to what you have to say. If there is a problem that the on site office cant fix (because it is out of their jurisdiction), they are VERY accommodating and do what they can. BUT, the best part is the people you will see at the property. Jon and Sue are WONDERFUL! They obviously maintain the property. But they add something that many others dont...a warm friendly atmosphere. They are courteous, helpful, professional, funny. They CARE about their clients and listen to them. They will go out of their way to try to accommodate you and help you in whatever way they can...something you unfortunately dont see very often. I know this is a long review, but I really like the place (could you tell!) and think they deserve it.

This place is state if the art. From the customer service to the prices and the facility are all top notch. I am moving and needed a storage space ASAP. Extra Space Storage in Northport had the best prices of any storage places on Long Island. Not only did they offer the best price but they also provide a free truck to help with your move. When the first unit wasnt big enough they helped me get a second unit at a discounted price. They offer some great deals. I ended up having the truck an extra few hours but they didnt even charge me for it. Special thanks to John and Sue who provided amazing customer service and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure my move was easy and conveniant. Great storage facility. Great staff. Great prices. Best on Long Island by faaaaaar! Thank you John and Sue!

ESS in East Northport was excellent! Steve and Brenda (Managers) were extremely helpful in accomodating my stogae needs. They helped select the right space for what i needed to store and one of the biggest helps was that their facility had a Moving truck available for me to use to move my things. This was invaluable since it didnt require me to go to another service provider to get a truck. I cant say how much easier it made my life. Steve was super friendly and walked me through everything and explained everything in detail, so i knew exactly what i was getting, what i was paying and nothing was hidden. I would 100% recommend this location to my family friends and anyone. A++ facility and service!

When looking for a storage facility, I researched prices online, and Extra Space Storage was by far the most cost effective. I even recommended them to my sister. She lives in a different town, so she didnt use the same location I did, but she was still just as satisfied with the service and the price. The East Northport location is clean, well-lit, and secure, and the staff there are particularly helpful. They even called me when I forgot to pay my bill so that I could avoid a late fee! They were very knowledgeable any time I had a question. If I have a storage need in the future, I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

{Initial impression review}. I found this establishment via a web search and easily reserved a room online. I needed to move in earlier than my reservation date so I called and spoke to Jim. He was very accommodating, helpful and professional and considering he was working alone, the process was quick (hey management, hire this guy some help). The setup is good, there were gondolas available, the room was clean. It was the best price I could find for my needs, saved me $110/mo vs my old unit at Public Storage!!

In a recent move we needed storage. A friend referred us to the place where their storage is & boy are we glad that they did! Sue Cangelosi could not have been more friendly or more helpful making a fairly traumatic event so much smoother to work through. A true professional & a delight to deal with. If you are looking to store your possessions some where clean, safe & expertly run, then I would recommend getting in touch with Sue: If only all businesses could be run this way.

We live in an age of self-absorption. Having recently been very ill, and coming home to a house with a burst pipe, I was amazed at the courtesy and patience with which Sue, the Assistant Manager, explained the procedures, pricing etc. She even personally showed me where the specific unit was. About a week later, Sue noticed the lock on my unit was not in a secure placement and called to tell me. I have rented with other storage facilities. This one is exceptional !!

This place is great. It is clean and easy to use. They are open late so you dont have to rush to get there before the office closes like most places. The assistant manager Sue Cangelosi was wonderful. We were coming from Astoria and ran into traffic. Sue actually waited for us and stayed to write our lease. She went above and beyond what most people would do. We are very happy with the convenience of this place. Love it. Thank you Sus

I was VERY satisfied with Extra Space Storage. When initially looking for a storage facility, I chose Extra Space because of their late gate hours, compared to other facilities. Its nice to know that I can access my unit at a late time. The facilities are spotless, manned by surveillance cameras, and there is always some music playing in the background. I definitely recommend Extra Space to anyone looking for storage.

Jon the Manager was great. I was in a time crunch but he took care of showing me the storage unit, and signing me up for the lease and free moving truck rental agreements very quickly (while also taking care of another new customer simultaneously!). And having the free moving truck on move in day was a lifesaver. I will be a loyal repeat customer at Extra Space Storage for all my future storage needs.

Brenda was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during my stay at Extra Space Storage. I needed space for a brief amount of time (about two months) and she explained how I could keep cost down without paying for a full two months. The place is very clean and my storage space was easily accessible to load and unload my belongings. I would recommend this site to others.

John and Sue are awesome! I got caught up in evening traffic coming from Riverdale in the Bronx, NY. I called and with this short notice they agreed to wait for us. If they didnt I would have been seriously compromised as I would have been out of state for next 10 days and not allowed access to the C arm for use in a medical facility that needed it desperately. Good prices, good hours, and excellent customer service. It seems in recent times customer service is lacking to non existent, and especially during a stressful time such as moving, its nice to know there are still people who believe in delivering good customer service.
