I am a business owner so I know that customer service is the foundation to great success. Well its been along time since I met a person like Cindy. People like her is rare to find and have apart of a team. Where do I start in saying how amazing! she is both professionally and personally. I say personally because it seemed like I have known her most of my life that is how she made me feel from the time I walked through the door and left. I didnt want to leave. she helped me shrink wrap my chairs when I didnt know where to begin. she made sure I was ok from move in to completion. I can say more but I will end here by saying how blessed you are to have her on your team. She is exceptionally and I am telling everyone who needs storage space to come see Cindy! Thank you!

Im thoroughly impressed by the staff. Abe and Sam handle the property very well. Better then any other staff before. and they know each of their customers on a first name basis My family have been renting here for years and ever since Abe has become the main manager they feel that although some crazy things happen on the property he is there to help out at all times. You can tell that they care. And they always get us great sales on boxes that actually protect my stuff. If you want to goto a property where you are actually taken care of then this is where you want to go. Highly recommend them. Yea its annoying that they lock the carts up but its smart because then I actually can use a cart instead of have them all missing...but neways very thankful for the staff

After losing my home of 40 years and my mother within weeks of each other,the two gentlemen working their first Abraham and then Anthony have been a blessing to deal with pros like them. They are understanding of my situation and try and help however they can, be it just listening to me vent even if it has nothing to do with storage, or making suggestion on options when I needed a 2ed storage unit, looking into a possibility of a leak in one unit (was not but something we keep eye on). It make storing my things I have left my life easier and I know they are secure and in good hands. I am very glad I chose this Public Storage above other companies that were closer but were more money or other reasons. Thanks guys! sincerely mark luftig

I like to rent storage units for my collections of oddities. My problem was that any units i rented with other companies always seemed to have break ins. I decided to come to PS for a safe place to keep my things and i was so pleased with how helpful and profession Abraham was. The only question that remains is, who would want shrunken heads and fairy dust anyway!!!?! Well with that being said, i would recommend Public Storage to anyone who has a need for storage! Call and ask to speak with Abraham, obtaining storage can be a pain in the arse, but Abraham makes it completly painless as well as a great experience. Five Stars is really for Abraham! I wish my son was more like him, a nice warm personality as well as industry expertise!

We had a very pleasant experience at Public Storage Bay Shore (122 Saxon Avenue). We were assisted by Samantha during our reservation and check in and also when we check out, one month after. Samantha was very professional and cordial at the same time. Always smiling and patient, responded all our questions and walk us herself to the storage room. When we moved out, check out was quick and she demonstrated high efficiency and cordiality again. It seems, as we experienced the time I was at the office, people around herself appears to have same personality profile. I thank Samantha and coworkers for helping to go though a traumatic time -Mother downsizing after the loss of her husband of 60 years- in pleasant manner.

We have had a unit there for almost two years and I have not seen such lazy incompetence in my whole life!!! The "security gate" was open for 3-4 months without repair, theres constantly cat poop everywhere and the staff just sits in the office texting or making personal phone calls, there have been units in bad need of repair (ie the one next to us for the past year has had the panel above the door pushed in without repair) and when our door needed repair (and still does) a month and a half ago there excuse was "this is corporate so they take forever and usually dont care"....we already made our reservations for a different storage complex that is NOT Public Storage!!!

I went in to buy just a few thing and the staff was very helpful! Abe and Samantha really paid attention to my needs and made sure I left with every thing I needed. I was shocked to hear that they do not make commission on their sales, but were still so attentive to what I needed. They were not trying to sell me a bunch of stuff just to make a sale, rather they went over my needs and assisted me accordingly. In addition to the great service, the quality of the packing supplies that I purchased is excellent. I would definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone.

I was storing things that I own in a shed of a house a friend once owned. Well I had to remove my belongings and needed a place to store them. So I looked online at Public Storage and reserved a unit. I had gone when I was called and Danielle showed me the unit as well as another one. She was very helpful in explaining things and showing the units. I was quite impressed. When I go in each month to pay, Danielle is so good with me and knows my unit number. She is terrific as well as the other workers.

Ive used many Public Storage units before and at many locations all over the country. The service at this location is exceptional. The units are clean, the property well maintained, the location convenient on Long Island and the specials that are run make it economical. Danielle, the manager does a tremendous job with customer service and property management. Id highly recommend this facility.

The young girl in the office sandy was amazing, I have never experienced services like the one she provided. She really shows she cares about the customers needs.
