You get what you pay for...reasonable prices, but they forget to tell you when you sign up that they will raise them 8-10% every few months. I have been there 4 months and just got notice that they are raising my rent in 2 weeks. Also, very poorly designed. There is only room enough for 2 cars and no big trucks to pull in to unload. Definitely dont come during peak hours after work or on the weekends, or you will just end up waiting in there enormous parking lot that is not located near any entrance doors. Loading and unloading is doubly time consuming since they have only one entrance door, few carts and lots of security codes that have to be inputted every single time you want to go through a door. And no, you cant pick a code that is easy for you to remember. The doors slam quickly on you and your cart, often injuring you or sending the contents of your cart falling on to the floor. You are required to purchase one of their locks for your unit, you can not provide your own. The lock is a key only, so if you share the unit with more than one person you have to make sure that whoever is going has the key and doesnt lose it. While the building is clean (it should be its brand new) there are mouse and ant traps in the hallway, its extremely cold in the units and the lighting in nominal (one overhead light at the front of the largest unit, making the back of the unit very poorly lit). Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience.

Been renting here for nearly a year at this point and have had nothing but good things to say from the beginning. The space is clean and tidy always and the staff has been incredibly helpful from the beginning warm and friendly and very very knowledgeable about their facilities. Safe location seconds from Highway and easy to get on and off. Good assortment of moving supplies. Highly recommended say hi to Erika, shes the manager and she is incredibly helpful.

Beware that even though the facility is very clean and secured you are signing a lease that gives them the freedom to change the promotional online rate whenever they want. As the manager told me they can change it on the second month, and trust me they will. So pretty much the discounted rate online is to get you through the door then slowly they will start increasing the rate. Trust me they wont even wait 5 months to start doing that.

Erika was so helpful to us, even after arriving 10 minutes before closing time she still showed us around the facility, brought us up to our stotage unit, and professionally reviewed all important information PATIENTLY...even though by this time it was way past closing time..on a Friday may I mention. The facility is well maintained and Erika was awesome. Thank you for your assistance!! We appreciate it.

Excellent experience. The facility is super clean and the staff is very friendly. Its located right off the highway and the prices are very reasonable. The sign up process was a breeze and they give you a personal access code to enter the gate and building even when the office is closed. You can even make online payments. Best storage facility for miles, Highly recommended

Excellent experience! Building is brand spanking new, spotlessly clean, well lit, safe and secure. Moving in was a breeze. The staff has been amazing to work with - friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. Top notch customer service, plus their rates are currently the lowest in the area. Highly recommend!

Ingress and egress leaves much to be desired. The main entrance doors are small as are the elevators. When the main door closes, at any hour of the day, you have to put your code in to reopen it, which seems great, until you realize the door closes almost immediately after it is opened.

Simply awesome. The girls in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ive been to alot of storage places and this extra space storage at this location is by far the best in my opinion. Im extremely happy with the service. I recommend this extra space storage to everyone.

They get you in with reasonable prices and then jack it up just five months in.....okay for temporary storage but be sure to look elsewhere for a long term solution. I was just told that within 12 months of opening a unit, the price will jump anywhere from 30 to 50%
