Uncle Bobs Storage in Fishkill is a top notch facility. Adam, in particular, went way above and beyond with a customer service situation. The way they run their operation is with understanding for the customers needs. Adam is a true professional who went out of his way to provide customer satisfaction. Multi-tasking and running that front desk with all of the tasks and storage stories that come to the counter can not be easy. Adam handled a delicate matter as if it happened in his own family. He is the real deal and a genuinely warm person who knows that business is not just business, its personal. Storage is not just storage, its very personal. Great place. Clean, well lit, temperature perfect for controlled climate needs. The management is helpful and friendly. Ive been dealing with them for several years now with no problems whatsoever. Highly recommended!
