Im wondering if the positive reviewers have been paid....because my experience has been well short of blissful at TI Storage. Pros: 1. Very clean. Always. The occasional paper on the floor etc. but I have to say that almost always this facility is well maintained. (bathroom is the exception to this rule) 2. The space is climate controlled, there is a good amount of parking space available so that you can easily load and offload things. Cons : 1. Terrible staff experiences. Heather, Wendy (who was initially nice and then wasnt), Juan......have been on many occasions rude, doing a shoddy job etc...and they just seem to shuffle them around locations. The new Managers Robert and Rose appear to be trying to make things better. 2. Not enough ladders. The ladders are heavy and often I have to wait because there are too few ladders and people just sit on the ladders for hours.....hoarding ladders. 3. Lack of honesty in pricing - I initially started on a promotion, but, it was not explained to me that my monthly fee would jump 33 % without warning after a few months!! And for the limited services being offered, and for the reasons mentioned above, I really feel that 33% hike was not warranted.

So very excited to have a storage company so close to home. for us TI Storage is just a walk away. the staff was courtious and friendly.and although there were other costumers waiting Geraldine did not rush us away she took her time and made me feel like an important part of her job. you can smell the newness and depending what cell phone carrier service you have you even get service on the lower levels. thank you so much for being there when we needed. Best Choice

This is by far one of the best storage facilities i been too. You got to see it when you first walk in, it looks beautiful with all the colors and the people that work there are so friendly, The storage area is well lit and not like your walking down a dark street at night. The price was just good for me and so i got 2 spaces. Its super clean and just an overall good experience considering what is going on in my life with all this moving, makes me feel good knowing my personal stuff is somewhere safe.

This was my first time deal with a storage company. The customer service was excellent. I was running late, I called TI storage to told the gentleman that answered the phone that I was running late. He asked "How far are? " I told him about 10 minutes. Then he said "OK, no problem I will for you." Not only did he wait for my friend and I he also helped us with the heavy lifting. He did not reach us out. He take his time explaining everything. All in all it was a great experience. highly recommended.

About a week ago, I moved to NYC from NJ for temporary relocation. I used Treasure Island Storage in the past and I found out that they also have another location in Queens. I rented a storage space for my winter stuff since spring is already here and I didnt have enough space in my small apt. Overall, the storage concierge was very helpful and assisted me will all my needs. The storage space was very clean and dust free.

I moved to NY about a few months ago. I had a lot of belongings and TI storage has helped me tremendously. They have good climate control,easy access, great specials and are very convenient. Excellent Customer Service. Prompt assistance from very polite employees. The location is very clean and rates are competitive. Quiet neighborhood so not much in the way of traffic. Rooms are located on two floors accessible by huge elevator so it was easy to move my things.
