This is the worst storage business. They play around with your mind and say "half off" when you know in your mind you saw 1 months free! they also over charge you and dont consider the exact date you opened the unit..they just keep charging you regardless. Not only that! but my things went missing! all the supervisor kept telling me was that the unit was empthy! no explanation nothing! no help! the WORST!!

I had a very good experience in this store. I was helped as soon as I walked in and was given great service. I felt comfortable in the store, it was very clean and I felt as if my personal items were in good hands. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Really good when I signed up, but a definite degradation on the level of service. Recent weekend visit wasnt unpleasant, but definitely got disinterested, lackadaisical staffer.
