The place is always DIRTY. It seems No One cares about Nothing there! Ive never seen anyone , who works there, sweep, mop, or take interest in anything. Just the other day, I asked the manager Oscar if I can leave my brand new shopping cart n a Playstation seat beside my locker. He said No Problem!!!! I get back from surgery a couple of days later and theres New Management(Extra Space-New Staff )and my stuff was No Longer where i left it, which was in no ones way and right next to my locker. I approached staff and was told that the management(Tuck it Away) threw it out.That is a low down lie. I would leave my stuff right next to my Storage Box and No One would take it. Ive lost Oscar the Manager n Jay the worker who were both Professionals n always helpful. I will be looking for a new storage space as soon as my body allows me. Stay Away

I would like to thank the new management, this facility was previously Tuck it away and the service was not that great. The appearance of the facility is quite scary dirty, old rat and roach infested, ceilings cracked in my area there was no ceiling!. To add to my grief Tuck it away didnt even have the courtesy to tell its customer that they had been brought out by extra space storage. I went to pay my rent and found out. I spoke with Ilene (manager) and Joy rep and all I can say is there were fantastic. I asked if the building would be renovated and was told they have begun cleaning and renovating the building is a top priority. I thank Ilene and Joy for all there help and great customer service. 7/30/17

We just sold our house and that can be stressful. So finding a place to store our furniture and personal things can also be added weight. We visited your store and the manager Eileen Lopez help to relieve a little of that stress. She was very professional and explained everything in detail. She didnt rush us, she was patient with my wife and me. Customer service is the face of any company and trust me, weve experienced crappy customer service in other places. Not here. Thank you Eileen for your professionalism and patience with our 1001 questions. Once again Thank you..keep up the great work.

When I moved in I was 7 months pregnant. They sent a truck and a guy to load and unload my stuff for free!! Very helpful, extremely accommodating, and affordable! You can even pay your rent online to avoid late fees!!! The best, Ive stored at storage deluxe and they were overpriced for comparable space... Tuck it away is the way to go. I can not attest to any other locations but the one on Bronx Blvd is huge, secure, and gets the job done! Did I mention I set the entire thing up over the phone?

It was very easy to make a payment online. I dont usually make payments in this manner. But, after reviewing the website and method of electronic payment, I felt confident that it was secure and quick as well as convenient. The onsite manager, Cesar, in fact, did tell me that payment online would be easy and also, no charge. He was right. I was able to make the payment on time and not incur a late fee. Thanks for the personable help and convenient online payment service!

called to confirm online special, 1 month for $1 and 15% off, i go to book it and they tell me since its may 25th you will be charged june 1st the regular rate, it says on the site $1 for a month, so it shouldnt matter if its in the beginning or the end. I had other storage units and they go by whenever you sign up, total bull s--t if you ask me.

Very secluded, but it adds to the security, very friendly staff during the work week, the selection is first come first serve, so if you got a storage spot you want for the best price, get it before someone else does.

place sucks rates on rooms too high, they close to early by 530 so it doesnt give the working people time to store anything
