Mark and his team did a fantastic job on my car! I dropped my car off at the shop and was called and given an estimate before any repair work was done. I had to leave my car with Mark for two days because of the extent of the repair needed. He and his team were always available to answer any questions I had concerning my car. Everything was clearly explained to me about what had gone wrong, about the time it would take to repair, and the costs involved. When I picked up my car the price was spot on with my estimate. Mark went above and beyond to make sure my car was in tip top shape. This is a family business and Mark is a fair and professional business owner. I fully recommend that you bring your vehicle to Chili Automotive Repair!

Had a leak in my fuel line. Mark took me in, showed me the problem and we talked about my options. I needed my car for work - not having a car for me, means not having a job so I was really concerned about it. Mark got the parts and got the job done in less time than we both thought it would take. I"m very grateful! and while he was in there - we had talked about other things that could domino and go wrong next... he checked on those things too (my 175K mile car will continue to serve me for a few more years!) - yay! Thanks to Mark and his shop - Im a new - and will definitely be a returning customer!

I came here based on the 5-star reviews and wasnt let down. Chili Auto has excellent customer service and knows what theyre doing! I brought my car in for brake repair after another auto shop had said my cars brakes were fine. After they had done a free safety and reliability inspection, I learned that the car was in fact, not safe to drive, and the rear brake lines were completely shot. They made sure to fix the car quickly and saved me money along the way! Definitely, will be back!
