CROOK ALERT!!I bought a 2005 Silverado 3500 right before the first of the year. I live in TN and called when I saw the truck on Cars for Sale website. Truck looked good in the pictures and I asked Tim if it had any rust much, he said its just what you see in the pictures on the back of the bed and he said the truck was never driven in the winter. I received them for truck and as soon as the delivery company pulled up the driver says the truck has brakes. I started looking the truck over and i saw that the whole steel plate on the bed had rusted completely off, the cab mounts are rusted almost completely off, the whole underneath is nothing but rust. Somebody had cut the original brake lines because they were so rusty to replace a new master cylinder. All this rust from a truck that I was told only sat through the winter. After calling several times and texting Tim called me back and says well its a typical New York truck, (didnt know trucks rusted while parked and not driven on the salty roads).. thats not what he told me when I asked before I bought the truck... Now the truck wont start at all it kills the battery with nothing on. He lied to me about the truck and now wont make it right. He says if I pay the shipping both ways he would do a refund... so I titled the truck and paid the taxes because he sent all the paperwork in the mail several days before the truck got here, I paid the freight company $1000 to get the truck here and it will another $1000 to get it back up there...so Im supposed to lose $2700 because he lied... stay away from this guy.. he is a deceiving crook! There will be a lawsuit! Who puts peoples lives in danger by not even telling them a vehicle has no brakes?

I live in Baldwinsville New York and we came across a Chevy Tahoe online last week and Ogden Automotive was the dealer that had listed it. I didnt even know where Spencerport New York was before this... And to be honest we really werent even thinking of buying a vehicle however this vehicle looked fantastic and we called on it it. We spoke to Tim the service manager and he answered all of our questions and we even asked about trading in our vehicle,. Tim was very friendly, responsive and very informative and we decided we would make the hour and a half drive. Upon arriving Tim and Joe made us feel very welcome and everything that we had been told was absolutely true and we ended up purchasing the vehicle. The experience we had buying this vehicle was like no other we have ever had. Joe and Tim went above and beyond what was even promised in the deal, and the service they provided was of excellence. We both promised that when we need another car Ogden automotive will be where we go. We left with a smile & I love my truck !! Thank you Joe and Tim

This IS the place that the legends tell about when people talk about their Hometown Mechanic. Since I returned to NY after living in FL, I have taken my work to Joe and his mech ops at Ogden Automotive. I have a background in vehicles and what makes them go, but I can no longer do my own repairs. I trust the fine people at Ogden Automotive explicitly now. They have earned this trust thru positive experiences. I am now having my sixth vehicle I own now regularly serviced and updated by them. Quality work, great customer service and reasonable prices prevail at Ogden Automotive. I highly recommend them.

Im between jobs and my old Hyundai died. I couldnt afford a new car. So this April I bought a 2005 Dodge Neon from Tim at Ogden Automotive. Made a great deal at $3,000 , My mechanic checked out the car and advised I buy it. I go to the Car Fax website, enter in the VIN ... I FIND OUT THAT THE CAR IS WORTH $5260 ! Car runs great, especially on the highway. Best deal I ever made on a used car. Love MY NEON, will be buying more cars from Ogden Automotive ! Wife loves the car too.

Disappointed with honesty of vehicle condition. I have purchased used cars over the years and I have accompanied dealers to auctions .......so I know how the process works. However, I find it extremely unfortunate for this salesman to sell a car with thousands of dollars worth of repairs....major repairs. I guess a dollar in your pocket is more important than the value of honesty. Will not return or recommend!

My mother just purchased a 2009 Jeep Patriot from Tim at Ogden Auto and its awesome. He answered all of our questions honestly and was really kind and patient. The car is in great shape and drives really well. The price, not only for this car, but the other ones on his lot are great. It was an all around excellent experience for a first time used car buyer. We will be back soon for another car.
