The worst post office ever... The post Master or manager (black guy with dreadlocks) was very disrespectful didnt deliver my package decided upon his own to send it back... They had no money orders 2 days in a row.... Asking questions that were none of his business... The address was correct he tells his carriers to deliver packages and not to deliver others total disregard for anyone as I entered the place to address my concern I heard 3 or 4 others stating other concerns... Sounds to me like this post office needs to have its doors shuttered or the post master should be fired or relocated because he is a very disrespectful boundary crossing person... Only upside was a older black woman who worked there who tried to help me only because she felt embarrassed to have to work with this guy... Wow do not go there do not ship from there do not enter there... If you can have your mail forwarded to the post office at 71st avenue much cleaner nicer staff and in order... This post office would get a zero from me if possible or if there was a number below zero it would be to good for the dread locked post master... He needs to be fired and Stephanie the carrier should be fired too !!! Or this post office should have its door shuttered... Do not go there they are by far the worst post office Ive encountered in my life...

International express priority mail! No door bell (people home 24/7) no notice, and show "delivered but no one answer" on tracking status! Call and they said they will try to deliver again the next day(and is very very hard to call), and nothing for two day! try to call again, they said the mail is back to the country where it came from!!! Because its urgent so I ask them to help me and dont sent it back, they told me there is noting they can do, because they very sure the mail is on the airplane, they wont keep express priority mail over 5 days! Im very anger and said I wanna make a complain, and ask my friend to send another set again from my country with DHL... And one day later they call me and said they had my mail and its waiting at the office all the time! I can come pick it up anytime! Cant believe they blamed me about didnt go pick up, there is no pick up notice! And I call so many time, and they told me completely different answer! Its ridiculous!!! And no one answer my complaints! I think they close the case after I receive the mail. Unbelievable usps! And I receive my DHL mail at the next day!

If I can give 0 rating I would! The supervisor is the worst! He or she decides on his own whether to let his staff deliver or not! I requested redelivery once and then the item was not delivered and it turns out this supervisor indicated in the tracking that he was waiting for our instruction when we already provided a request for redelivery. And now I have 2 packages for redelivery, only1 arrived and then I called customer service, I was informed that the supervisor indicated that we have to pick the item ourselves! My husband is at home waiting for the package so there is no reason for them not to deliver and we do not have any notice to pick up our item as well! This is the worst post office ever!

Considering this is a review of a Government office, USPS isnt all that bad. Heres what prompted me to write this review even though its pointless (I am not expecting any resolution or improvement). Besides the fact that our mail often brutally stuffed into our mailbox and shredded in the process, occasionally, we find pink notes taped to the mailbox stating that delivery was attempted but no one was home while 1 or 2 adults were working from home all day. I repeatedly walked to the PO and had conversations with the manager just to have this happen again and again.

I use this post office about 20 years because I leave next to. I always have the same problem LOST PACKAGE!!! And now again. Gave prepaid package in hand of the worker 12/12/2016, in 12/16/2016 opened case and only in 12/18/2016 trucking number shows: Carrier:USPS Status:ACCEPTEDIN TRANSITDELIVERED Arrived at USPS Origin Facility Dec-18-16, 11:07 AM, JERSEY CITY, NJ 07097 Accepted at USPS Origin Facility Dec-18-16, 09:52 AM, REGO PARK, NY 11374 Isnt it crazy?

I wouldnt even leave one star. They never deliver any packages of mine, no one rings my bell or even leaves a note saying they came. Tracking says they tried to deliever but I highly doubt it since My mothers home 24/7 but I always have to go to the post office to pick up my packages. Then the line is out the door and theres one person behind the counter. They never ever answer their phone, it will ring and ring or just give a busy signal.

Forget the contact phone number listed, you will never get through....Unacceptable for a govt agency needing better publicity so it can get addtl funding thru Congress to act this way with the client (Public-taxpayers), AT LEAST ANSWER THE PHONES....., impression given is the emplyees just dont care at all. Where is the self respect

The manager should focus on their employees, how they interact with the customer. One of there cashier is very unpleasant, always make such a big deal of everything, Im sure Im not the only one who has a problem with this woman. This kind of person should not be in this job field, its a shame that they got to hired her.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! THEY KEEP TAKING THE MAIL OUT OF MY MAILBOX BECAUSE I HAVE MOVED APARTMENTS TWICE IN THE SAME ZIP CODE, WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CHANGED MY ADDRESS ONLINE AND SUBMITTED THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT THE MANAGER WHEN I WENT TO TALK TO HIM OFFERED NO HELP. WORST POST OFFICE EVER

They dont even leave packages, they dont bother delivering some days. They lie and post the notice a couple of days later. I contacted the postmaster general complaint form online. Im waiting to hear back from them. This is about the second time they magically dont deliver or ring the bell.

this is the most horrible post office ive ever visited!!!!! with 4 people in front of you in the line you wait for an hour to simply buy a stamp. The office is close to my work so i visited this place a few time, all of my experiences were equally horrible.

They keep throwing my mail on the porch! I called several times about this, it stopped for a while then it started up again. Its 5-6 steps to the mailbox! Its your job do it correctly and stop being lazy!

Ohhh my GOD this is the worst UPS office ever. I ordered a book that I needed for this weekend, it took USPS 1 day from PA to NY Queens, and so far it has been with them for 2 days and no news !!!!!!!

Mail always shoved in wrong box. Lucky us its in a box of a home which is unoccupied. Mail man leaves his bag on our lawn crippling the grass. And as got calling them. Its a joke

They conveniently never have free envelopes and boxes. When they make a mistake theyll make sure that youll pay for it. Long lines and wait time as always.
