I have been to this place many times and decided to just give up. I believe the people that works here lie to you about things that "needs" to be fixed in your car to make a sale and upprice you for it. I needed my catalytic converter and pipelines changed. It was supposed to cost like a thousand dollars and something and I was willing to pay. Went I came back to pick up my car they only charged me 5 hundred and change. I was very disappointed when I heard they didnt do what they told me they would. I also looked under the car to see that the converter was actually used. Please save yourself the disappointment and take your business elsewhere. This isnt the first incident, there are many others. Plus there were many litigation opportunities. Another incident was when I told one of the crew that my check engine light was on. All he did was just use a device to turn the light off and didnt even bother to check the problem.

Go to Binghamton this store is the worst the to Managers that run this store do not know what they are doing Im going to corporate and haveing a Nice talk I have their names written down and I am very upset they tell you Yep its on its way youll be out of here in 20 minutes and when youre there for four tires you sit there for 3 1/2 hours after they said they already had them coming Do not go to the store go to the Binghamton one Store manager there is carmine is by far the best

Purchased tires from here several times. Prices were EXACT on with the quote I was given on the phone. Tax, mounting, everything included. They didnt try to sell me the moon while checking out the vehicle, topped off fluids for free. The prices were very competitive. I would definitely recommend this Firestone over some of the other Big Yellow chains.

manager(white fat guy) did not put customer first & tried to scam customer. A good brake line was said by techs to be faulty & therefore causing one of my vehicles to not pass inspection there..went to different place & passed(brake lines were found to be good). Avoid this particular branch.

Everytime I go, I ended up waiting hours for work to be done. The managers there never want to honor any warranty on their work. Show them the warranty in writing and they say the warranties have changed.

I will never go back there again. I had a tire rotation and oil change and they did not tighten 3 of five lug nuts on one tire. I almost lost a tire on Interstate 88 due to this.
