This was the first and last time i ever go to kings grant exxon. THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I EVER GO TO KINGS GRANT EXXON. My electric cooling fan engaged when I first started my Jeep in the morning. This shouldnt happen. The fan should only engage when the coolant reaches about 200 degrees. The indicator light lit up on my dashboard. I took my Jeep up to the Exxon, I explained to them what happened and I would like a cost to fix it. I also told them it was probably just the sensor. A couple of hours later a mechanic called and said it would cost approx. $800.00 to fix my Jeep. I told him that was a outrageous price, dont fix it, I will pick up my Jeep in a little while. When I got there and asked for my key they said I had to pay $90.00 for a diagnostic charge. They never told me that it would cost $90.00 for a Diagnostic charge. So I paid the $90.00 in order to get my keys back from them. I went to Auto Zone and Auto Zone plugged their computer into my Jeep computer and said my cooling sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. Auto Zone didnt charge me for the diagnostic service. They told me the part will cost $15.00. I bought the part, went home and installed it. It took me 10 minutes to change out the sensor. My Jeep is running great and the indicator light is off.

I have now 2 separate terrible experiences at this shop. A few months ago I brught my vehicle in for headlight and oil change. I have a newer bmw and was under the impression that the light was only repairable by bmw. They swore they could fix. The charged me for diagnosing the light (100.00). After I told them what was wrong and said I thought it couldnt be fixed WTF. AND they were supposed to do a full synthetic oil change and a week later when I had a buddy looking at my bmw his frsg in tial look said wow you need to change the oil.??!?!?! Again WTF!!! NOW THIS WEEK INTAKE MY GIRLS CAR IN!!! They Failed her for a broken motor mount. And after we took it to DR. HONDA WHO IS AMAZING , they informed us that no motor mount is/ was broken. They essentially took advantage of her for being a female. **update We called Dr honda who looked the vehicle over because they had done all previous work since the 2nd owners (7+) years. They said no motor mount was broken so we called the Kings Grant Exxon. Who wrote on our paper work it was a broken mount. They took ZERO RESPONSIBILITY, EVEN THE MANAGER GARY LIED TO US. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. I WILL PERSONALLY BE PICKETING THIS BUSINESS.

I live down the road and have always considered this garage to be part of the neighborhood. Ive been bringing my 3 vehicles for service to this station for the past 10 years. Every year the service has decreased and the price has increased. Just a few of my unpleasant experiences... I brought my wives car in today and wanted to take advantage of the Ac check that was supposed to be free because we bought their "discount" card for $85. I was told that the AC check on the card really didnt check much and if I really wanted my AC checked it would be $49. I asked for a diagnostic check (code read) and they wanted $95....they do it for free at autozone. I brought a different car in for its annual inspection a couple months ago they said { needed tires so I bought them after which they charged me for a lugnut and stud they sheared off, even though they rotated my tires last,, and the replacement lugnut they charged me for didnt match the others. I wont be back and I recommend that others check out a different shop.

To identify myself, I am a United States Army Sergeant First Class and have served honorably for the past 12 years. I said that to say this, I expect the people that I serve to do the same for me, and to provide honest and quality service. I made an appointment with Kings Grant Citgo Tire & Auto to install a Borla S-Type Catback exhaust system on my 2013 mustang 5.0 at 0900 hours on 27 April 2014 via telecommunication. Im currently serving in Japan, so I sent a family member as a representative of me. To make a long story short, my relative showed up on time only to be told that he would have to come back on the upcoming Monday because the owner decided to trump an appointment that was made by one of his employees. To add to the madness, a customer of the shop dented my 5.0 at the concurrent moment. This shop has some great reviews but obviously are not consistent in whom they treat fairly. Ill be reporting this company to the better business bureau.

Absoultely horrible! I went in for a full service detail(their most expensive one) Not only did i have to have them redo part of my car due to pure laziness...it was dark by the time they finished(thus i couldnt see everything)...lo and behold i get my car home and i find staines unremoved i find new ones from a greasy person they had cleaning my car...i took a little rag and wiped my console and it became instantly dark i let my car sit a day and i get when i enter my car Im met with a horrendous smell...apparently whatever they used on my car left it extremely wet and the water or whatever it was became stagnant(which is the very reason i went there in the first place, because i had spilt a gallon of water) never again will i go here...also i will warn those who wish to get their cars detailed

After vacationing in Sandbridge Va. for a week, we headed back to New Jersey on Labor Day weekend. Before we even left the driveway of our beach rental, we heard a bad noise. The engine light came on soon after. We took a chance and pulled into the Cape Henry Citgo after being told by a GMC dealer in town they could not help us.. Here it was after 1:00 on a holiday weekend. The shop was about to close and the owner Barry Carlson said "no problem, let me take a look." He quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered a part and within the hour we were on our way. He did not even charge us for a full hour of work. His kindness and workmanship helped us arrive home safely. We would highly recommend anyone needing work on their vehicle to go see Barry at the Cape Henry location or the Kings Grant Citgo.

We are a professional surveying, engineering, and architectural firm. We have 7 field vehicles which are light pick-up trucks. Kings Grant has been servicing our vehicles for well over 10 years as well as performing service for a number of our employees personal autos. Service is always professional and the staff is helpful and courteous at all times. Equally important to us is that their service is performed in an expeditious manner. Our trucks generate a good portion of our revenue and it is important that we get them back on the road ASAP after servicing. Kings Grant has given us unbelievably quick turn-arounds when needed. Their pricing is competitive and their recommendations are always received by us with no question of honesty. WPL Site Design - Virginia Beach
