AMAZING!!!! There are no words to explain the customer service, the efficiency, and the amazing work that this establishment does. I am new to the area so I had gone to another shop not knowing about this place to have my car assessed fir a state inspection and they had told me that in order to get my car to where it needed to be that I would have to spend over $1,000. A friend of mine had suggested that I take my car to Beacon Auto Repair and I walked away with paying less than $100.00 for all of my needs. The tech even showed me everything that the other shop was trying to get me on, and walked me through on why my parts were still in good condition and were not needed to be replaced or worked on. I have been there twice now, the second time for an oil change and because I was hearing a weird sound. My friends had told me that I would probably pay over $500.00, I definitely spent a lot less and it was done in less than 2 hours! I am a property manager of 2 apartment communities and I recommend this shop to EVERY ONE of my residents as well as my family and friends!!! THIS IS VIRGINIA BEACHs BEST KEPT SECRET!!!!

Beacon auto repair is the best auto mechanic in town. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, very trustworthy, and overall a great guy. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and actually show you whatever problems there are with your car. The facility is very clean, offers fresh coffee, and has a nice TV to entertain you if you need to wait. They always fit me into the schedule and fix whatever issues I may have. I highly recommend Beacon Auto Repair to everyone!

My husband was out of town for the week and my car started acting up so I called Beacon and was able to bring my car right over. Dan and Christy were so helpful and took care of my car right away so I didnt have to call a cab. My husband usually arranges for car maintenance and repair. Had some work done. They did everything I ask for except the diagnostic test which I needed the most. Not even 30 mins after I picked up my car I was having issues. People seem nice but not happy at all with not having to take my car somewhere else to find out the real issues.

Absolutely love this shop! Such a clean facility and the staff is absolutely incredible. Great, honest, and reliable work! Ive tried other shops in the Hampton Roads area and none of them even compare. I bring all of my vehicles here and theres nothing these guys cant tackle.
