Its not often you find friendly, honest and competent folks to work on your vehicle. Im happy to say that this is one of those shops. Their prices are reasonable and they do good work. They were highly recommended by my friends, and now I know why. UPDATE: It has been a few years since my initial review so I figured it was time to update it. Taylors is still the best shop I have found in the area. Theyll let you know what needs to be "fixed now" versus what can wait. I drive about half an hour to get to them...it is worth the drive. Ive never had a question about their competence or integrity. A great place for repairs, both big and small.

We have been taking our vehicles here for over five years. Overall they seem to be decent. However the customer service is very poor. They often dont call when work is completed and if you have a legitimate question about the work or price rather than take the time to explain they get very impatient and defensive. Maybe I just catch them at a bad time but over the years it seems to have gotten worse. Customer service is just as important as quality of work.

Ive taken my car here on multiple occasions and found Taylors to be honest and fairly priced. Ive always had a quick turn around time and the work has been done correctly without the shady up-selling/unnecessary fixes so many other dealerships try to pull. I have been taking my vehicles to Taylor Automotive for over 2 years. They have always given me honest and complete understanding of what needs to be done and why. Their charges are very reasonable and they are always friendly. It is as close to going to my very talented mechanic friend in a small town as I can get.

Very fair and reliable. Other places tried to rip me off with expensive work. This place just replaced my rear tiers and the problem was fix! Saved me about $800.00 in repair that would not have fixed my car from vibranting violently. Highly recommend.
