The woman who signed me up there (the name on my receipt was Louisa) was extremely rude and seemed genuinely annoyed that I wanted to become a member. I went there because I was sent an e-mail about a $0 enrollment fee promotion going on. When I went to sign up, Louisa bickered about how they were closing in an hour and "everyone waits until the last minute to sign up with these promotions" and shook her head as she was signing me up (there was another person behind me waiting to sign up as well). She also tried to charge me until I mentioned the e-mail I had received. Her response was "you didnt tell me you had that". I told her I could show her the e-mail on my phone, and she told me she didnt even need to see it! She was basically going to charge me for the simple fact that she was annoyed that I had waited until the "last minute" to sign up. She didnt even bother to tell me anything about the gym or inform me that I get a free personal training session for signing up. I was so bothered by the way she treated me that I cancelled my membership 2 days later. Its a nice gym, but Louisa totally ruined it for me.

TERRIBLE customer service from ALL MANAGERS (except your front desk employee Catherine, amazing customer service skills)! I signed up for personal training sessions monthly (3 months) and I only attended 1 session in 3 months due to being diagnosed with severe asthma and other personal issues and it was pulling teeth to get a refund. I thought the personal trainer Dave was a sweetheart when I first met him, however, when he refused to FULLY refund me (partial refund). Now I understood that this gym is GREEDY! He is keeping my $320 knowing that I will never be able to use it and so he is getting paid for doing NOTHING. In addition I cancelled my membership and cut off the personal training services in November only to get my credit card bill this month and get charged another $320. Now its right before the holidays and I need wait for a refund which the personal training managers HAVE NOT FOLLOWED UP OR CALLED ME BACK IN 2 DAYS. Catherine, thank you for trying!!!!

I have been going to crunch west babylon for two years and use the personal training. This gym is very clean, friendly and has the best staff ever. I have lost over 40 lbs with the help of the personal trainers - my Trainer Brett is amazing. My whole family uses the personal training and between Brett and David we are extremely impressed. They are very knowledgeable. I used to hate exercising and now i cannot wait to get to "my gym" I consider crunch my extended family.

The gym is always clean in the bathroom and in the workout areas. If something breaks, the owner is quick to get it fixed. The personal trainers are amazing and so helpful. And last of all, the classes and instructors are top notch. Love my spin classes! And for those saying the front workers are rude... I dont believe it!

This review is long over due, but this really is a great gym. Ive been to half a dozen other gyms and its just not the same. This gym is clean, stacked with equipment and the staff is absolutely amazing. The owner, Lou is always there with a smile welcoming everyone. Its a great environment to improve your body !

Love the place equipment is new day care is great they have a lot of classes available for everyone. One thing I would like to have is a larger area for free weights if u dont get there early the 4 benches they have against the mirrors will be taken but over all love it

I would give this place less than a star if I could. Kristen is the WORST fitness manager ever, she seems to hate men. The staff is also extremely rude. Locker rooms are a mess. This place is also in a dump area. Avoid like the plague!

Its an ok gym, but definitely needs improvement. Some of of the ladies behind the front desk seems like they dont wanna be there, disinterested and seems like their been forced to greet you.

BEAUUUTIFUL Gym, it is never crowded. And the equipment is perfect. There are soo many different choices to pick from and the staff is VERY welcoming I would recommend this to anyone!
