This is THE WORST SERVICE EVER! Please listen to all of these reviews here and stay away from this company. They are full of crap! We keep our bill paid every month and has never missed the mark. We always have crappy services and one day it was disconnected, conveniently when TWC switched to Spectrum! We called and they claimed our bill wasnt paid which was BS because we paid the month before. Then they claim that there was an error and made us create a whole new account with "spectrum". Everything was fine until we received a collections bill two weeks after saying our account was turned into collections for $48.xx dollars!!! No warning, no prior bills, no nothing! And on top of that we always pay our bills!!!! This company is fraudulent and makes me sick! We will no longer use this service and have switched over to A&T. I hate this company with a passion. And by the way, there services always go in and out and not reliable! I will never recommend it and I will never go back!!!! If I can give them a negative number in reviews, I would!

You can not call the actual store. All you get is the hotline no matter what. The hotline can not even give you the phone number to the local branch. So after having them come to my house 7 times they say looks like I need a new modem. One nice tech told me the best brand to get from them but I can not call to see if it is even in stock. I have to drive to the store just to check and see if they have one. How can a company be so scared of its own customers that it hides the phone numbers to its own stores? I am cutting it off, paying for 100mbps getting 10 max when it is even working. TV works only sometimes and cut off all signal during playoff games forcing me to go to a bar to watch a game I am paying $280 a month to watch at home. Worst company I have ever dealt with, every person you talk to knows less about the service they are selling than doorknob. They do the same thing that does not work over and over aka "have you tried unplugging it?". Idiots.

Dont ever ever use these ignorant idiots. The left my cable line laying on my grass for 2 months, sent a low life contractor to bury it, didnt bury it under my steps, dogs damaged the cable because of it. I said dont send the same contractors out again, they sent the same guys who re buried the damaged cable instead of replacing it. Again they didnt bury it under the steps and it got chewed up again. They dont think a credit of half of my bill is reasonable for me to stay since my service only worked half the time. Rude ASS people on the phone were no help. Use at&t instead. I wasted 3 hours on the phone trying to work out a reasonable solution, but their ignorance is unreal

Time Warner cable has screwed is for the last time. Our bill was close to $200 and I called to see why the hell it was so much. They never have me a straight answer and said that if I added Home phone and HBO, my bill would drop $20. Yeah, NO!! It increased by $120 because nobody told me that I had to pay installation (even though the tech never even hooked up my phone) and pay for the new modem (that I never asked for. He just said my old one was out of date and I needed this new one). I switched providers and am loving my $130 for cable, wifi, and home phone. Step it up TWC. Youre killing your customers with fees and costs.

The business needs some work but could take lessons from one of their employees and the Kville branch. The Cust. Serv. Rep. Angela has always had a great positive attitude. She handles rude customers (who curse and fuss at her) with as much grace and patience as I have seen possible. And still can turn right around and joke and laugh with the rest of the customers in a good mood! That takes skill!

A nightmare trying to locate (even using navigation) as there are no signs to indicate which building or where the entrance is! Building numbers are nonexistent or as small as the street signs, I could not locate them. Parking is horrible! Customer service area is so small, if a line you can barely get in the door. The Customer Service was great! Friendly and Efficient.

If you decide to do business with Time Warner do so with this in mind--They have the worse customer service after the sale. Everything is great unless equipment fails or you complain. After that they do not care what you think or feel. Remember, there are other options and I for one will take those rather than ever do business with this company again!

these people should not be in customer service. not polite and rude. very little knowledge about spectrum. from what i have found out after many hours of wasted time spectrum gives you less service and benefits than time warner for more money. get another provider before they switch you to spectrum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! good luck

People at this location are friendly. Do need to change hours on website, they close at 5:30 rather than 6. Rushed to get there only to see doors get locked at 5:35. Otherwise happy with my experience.

TV service is extremely overpriced. Time Warner made no effort to keep me as a customer when I decided to leave. Replaced Time Warner Cable with SlingTV and Netflix and I am very happy that I did.

Spectrum replaced Time Warner Cable. The prices are ridiculous. We get less channels and pay for boxes that we have to use. Definitely need to work on pricing.
