Terrible company. They say they will give you 150 Megabites yet I only get 100 and I am using my Ethernet cable. Not only that but I own a PS4. I am not able to download certain games because they have some type of port blocked or disagreement with Sony meaning customers like me cant download my game! Its absolutely ridiculous. I am paying from my own pocket to be able to use the internet at my use and I cant even download my own games on a Sony PlayStation4? Absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this company. Im switching. They are all publicity and not very many good things you receive in return!

I know a lot of people rightfully complain about big cable service providers, but I called Cox tonight to upgrade my internet service and was pleasantly surprised. After seeing the price of $84.99 on their website for the speed I wanted I thought it was a bit expensive, but decided to upgrade anyway. When I talked to a very helpful and friendly representative named Eric he informed me that I could actually get the same speed for $64.99 instead. Cox made me a happy customer tonight.

Worst cable experience Ive ever had. We had them for two years and paid nearly 220 a month. I called for a lower quote, was on hold for 40 minutes, and then quoted more than my current bill!

Program them into your speed dial because youll need to reset your cable box every day. I have had Cox Cable for three months, and this is the worst cable experience ever.
